A team of people who really care
I purchased a 911 from Porsche Teesside back in March and living quite a distance away in Hampshire I was slightly nervous but finding a good spec car is hard so I preceded reassured by the Porsche Warranty and the sales team. As it turns out my 911 developed a number of issues which lead to an engine replacement being needed, 3 months later I have just got my car back and I must say despite it being a stressful experience due to component delays and Porsche Germany delaying approvals on the warranty everyone at Porsche Teesside cares about both the car and me as a customer. Throughout arrangements have been made to make me feel like someone who purchased a premium product despite it being Approved Used and after dealings with 3x other OPC's i have to say this isn't a given. Thank you to Simon, Craig, Austin and everyone else who supported as well as Keith who drove the car down to me leaving at 4AM on sunday to make sure I had the car for the weekend. Don't let distance etc concern you as these guys will look after you. Thank you guys

I have just sold my Cayman GTS to Porsche Teesside, doing the deal with the group buyer Craig Ackermann. I have to say the experience from start to finish has been a real pleasure. It was a simple process with a few photographs and a detailed description, with a price being agreed within just a few hours. The paperwork involved a single sheet for me to sign, with the car being collected without cost to me, within just a few days. Full payment was received within 30 minutes or so of the transporter arriving at Teesside. Nor was there any hesitation with the amount agreed, the car was as described and accordingly, there was no thought of trying to gain an advantage by trying to get 'a little bit off'. A highly satisfactory transaction overall. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending you get in touch when you have a Porsche to sell. Chris

Excellent service, solved all issues which occured and anything was no problem. The Porsche garage was immaculate and made you feel as if it was a great experience.

Inability to fix a simple problem
Originally told car would take 3-5 working days to fix, nearly 5 weeks later and a huge bill car not sorted. Took car away from Porsche garage and took it to an independent specialist, waited a couple of days for new part, reprogrammed car and job done.
So, a Porsche garage dealing with Porsche cars every day couldn't fix a simple problem. Not good really.

Steve was informative no hard sell. Simple and informative. Regular updates, Steve always got back to me if I had a query.
Delivery date spot on. Great show room, friendly staff. Great presentation shown the basics of the discussed the pro master experience to go into finer detail and workings of the car.

Great First Porsche
Took delivery of my first ever Porsche 718 Boxster this weekend. From start to end, they've made it a great experience, especially Javid who dealt with me beginning to end.
Car is superb, and it's great to recieve such awesome customer service - most car dealerships didn't take us seriously during our search for a new sports car due to our young age, but Porsche Teeside treated us with great care and saw us off in our new car.

Fantastic garage. Porsche not only sells brilliant cars but, just as important, it continues to look after its customers' needs throughout ownership no matter how small the need. I called in on a Saturday morning for an AdBlue top up. Samantha, in her usual dynamic manner, got the job done immediately whilst Nicola, on Reception, provided me with a very nice coffee. Going to JCT600 is like calling in at your favourite club, everyone is so welcoming and upbeat. Many thanks JCT!

smooth transition
We collected our new Porsche Cayenne on Thursday and are very happy with the vehicle. David Singh guided us from the start, deciding to choose this model, through to completion. On the changeover day he spent time going through everything we queried on the car and we drove away very happy indeed. This is the second time David has assisted us in purchasing a car and we would like to thank him for his professionalism, knowledge and expertise.
