Our experience when we arrived at the car park was fine, no complaints at all. Our pick up at the end of our cruise was not as smooth. We were left standing outside in the cold for 50 minutes. I feel that the driver should have contacted us to let us know his ETA.

We made our parking with this company and parking with Dolphin Park and ride at Southampton. The car Park was very secure under flats and the drivers are helpful and friendly.
