Excellent service. When I needed money to buy my first new car positive solutions came through with flying colors. I trust positive solutions to look after you even if you have a bad credit rating they made it possible for me to buy a new car.
I felt my dreams came true when positive solutions helped me out. Gave me a loan that I could repay back.

I used Positive lending the agent I dealt with was Alexander Hamilton who was exemplary handling the case. He explained the contract extremely well and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with him. I highly recommend Alex and Positive lending

Ben would not understand that my client's (and his) gas had not been installed but he wanted to push to close. he kept contacting the listing agent. This is not good for any buyer. The buyer broker is the one that represents you, NOT the loan officer and especially when they only correspond with the listing agent. He was more interested in the commission than being good for his buyer.

Ben listened to my situation and then went to work to source a loan for me. Any obstacle he rang and went through the situation with me and then worked to sort out a solution and sourced a loan that would suit my needs. Actually did what others said they would but didn’t.

It took a little bit to get through to a lender (confusion with application), but once we did the customer service was great. Luke Caeser was fanstastic, available and efficient

I would like to tell you about Ben Mitchell, he was the most PHENOMENAL person to deal with. He was in regular contact with me throughout the entire process, he explained everything along the way, and he listened to me and my story. He was always professional and very compassionate, he did not mind all of my questions, and answered every one of them. This has been a very stressful time in my life and having my old car become too expensive to repair however Ben made this process so easy, and stressless. Thank you so very much Ben!

Nick from positive lending solutions was my go to contact who answered straight away whenever I called, who answered all my questions as soon as he could and was very helpful in every way, (responding to my emails in the middle of the night). He made sure my case was a priority and got me my car as quickly as possible. Thanks to him I have a new car that I am in love with. Nicks a top bloke and couldn’t have asked for be free customer service.

Absolutely loved how easy communication was with the lending team. Brayden was always polite even when I am sure I was annoyingly pestering. Very easy and clear guidance through the whole process.

Nick was incredible! He kept me in the loop the hole time. He never made me feel like he was pushy or that I was just another customer. He kept to his word when he said he’d do something. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and made the whole process so easy and has totally changed my mind on brokers!!
