Arend was great! :)
Arend was very friendly and helpful. I support multiple locations remotely, so there are often issues that I cannot help with since I'm not directly with the person in the store. Arend was very quick to troubleshoot and identify the issue, and he not only helped the store but showed them how to address the same issue in the future.
