Soorag Balasubraman was the first representative who actually answered my questions and resolved my issue about which printer would be best for our needs. He was patient and explained everything to me in layman's terms that I could understand. I have been trying to get the correct printer for our store since October. Thanks to Soorag, I am finally on the right track.

Importance of Customer and assigning their query
The most important thing that made me give 5 stars to POS Nation is that the help desk and the staff member assisted and clearly listened to the problem and tried to give a feasible outcome for example I just talked with one of the help desk guys named Subham and he patiently listens to my problem and suggests me to shot out my mistake
by doing so and so and that was so amazing; so all in all it was best and I hope POS nation keeps it up and progresses more
