Cards are fantastic
Cards are fantastic. They have a few ordering snafus to work out but I like their art and choices of type style. From formal to cartoon. I look forward to improvements
and future growth.
Slow !!!! Order card 10 days in advance
It is fun, about $6 a card includes postage. Look for online promo codes. I’d give 5 stars BUT delivery is so slow. I sent a birthday card & anticipated delivery was day before my cousin’s birthday. It arrived 5 days late
Easy and perfect!
My card was delivered in one week and their customer service is very efficient and fast! Special thanks to Ben for his fast replies and help. Postable was easy to use and they do the job more than correctly. I will definitly use their service again if needed.
Simplicity and Convenience
Very happy at the simplicity and convenience- and they do international!!!

If I could give zero starts I would.
I used this company for my baby shower due to the convenience of their label and postage service. However, I have already been informed by two of my guest that they received the correct envelope but with a different persons invite on the inside slip. The ones my guest received was for a wedding and I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for the couple to not get their invites to their guest thinking that they did. It breaks my heart to think her guest aren’t receiving theirs.
This is not a small problem and I would suggest anyone rethink using this company if they want to save themselves a headache when trying to plan a big event.
absolute waste of money
I ordered a box of 10 postcards for my dad, who lives outside of the US. I paid the extra for international shipping.
Almost one month later, he still has not received this order. I can see from the tracking number that the package has been circling the pits and sitting in places at a time before crawling to the next illogical US station before finally limping its way overseas, and still hasn't made it. Postable obviously chose the cheapest possible shipping partner who no regard for delivery time
Bottom Line: if you need something within an acceptable time-frame (e.g. One Month), don't waste your money with Postable.

I used high res images but the actual printed quality was horrid. I’ve used two other popular Christmas card companies in past and will be going back to them. The quality was quite frankly so bad that its embarrassing that people received these.
Delayed Cards & No Response from Postable
My cards have been delayed for over a week and I cannot get in touch with Postable. This was my first year using and I will never use them again. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this service. It is marketed as an easy way to mail cards but it has been everything but that.
It is SO SO SLOW
It is SO SO SLOW! The "sale" price is a little false. The codes seem to be expired often, even when it's in the top banner. I'm going to search for a new option for mailing cards. Disappointed.
I have now used postable to send 3…
I have now used postable to send 3 years worth of holiday cards and they continue to disappoint. This year we decided to upgrade to a card and envelope because it promised better printing. They also let you know at the very end of ordering that if you order the postcard version, it will likely be damaged. In the past when we did order the postcard version, they all came out damaged. Are the card with envelope versions better! ... A RESOUNDING NO. The printing came out so incredibly dark that you can't really see my husbands face. For just under $300 for 50 cards this is unacceptable. I'll no longer be using postable.
False Advertising. Hook You & Then Lie To You
I chose Postable b/c they seemed like they had good quality cards, good designs and were the most competitive on price. They advertise the price up front and I thought I was getting 20 postcards for £50 according to their price chart and after their 25% discount. However, halfway through the order, after designing and adding all of my addresses in which took 1 hour, I'm given the option to upgrade to a more expensive product (cards with envelopes) b/c their postcards have the tenency to smear in the mail. Why didn't they tell me that when I was first choosing the postcards and before going to all the trouble I wonder? They also say that shipping is "free" but they charge you for the stamp so by "shipping" I think they mean someone from their company taking it to the post office for the USPS to do the delivering. This is such a scam and should be deemed false advertising and criminal. My order went from $50 after discount to $75. The worst part about it is that I missed my window to send real cards I bought back to the States b/c I was going to do this instead. Thanks Postable!
TOO SLOW!!!
The shipping is way too slow and they lie about their shipping speeds. I received a notification that my extra cards had shipped on a Friday. But they use usps and the tracking said it hadn’t been picked up. It wasn’t until Monday that they said the cards had been picked up. And usps said they wouldn’t arrive until the following Saturday! That’s 10 days after I ordered them! Even if I drop them at the post office, I don’t think they’ll make it by Christmas :(
Absolutely Fuming
Absolutely fuming. My mother in Canada ordered 3 cards to send to us here in the United Kingdom: a birthday card for me, a birthday card for my husband, and a Christmas card. We only received my birthday card and the Christmas card. My birthday card was also damaged (The envelope that it came in was perfectly intact so, the card was obviously damaged before they put it in the envelope).
The address (our address), was missing part of our postcode. It’s a miracle we even got 2 out of the 3 cards. Not to mention, half of the return address (my mother’s) was missing. So, my poor husband’s birthday card is probably floating in limbo.
As well, my mother wanted verses printed in the cards. There wasn’t any.
Absolute shambles of a company, and, a complete rip off. My mother will be asking for a refund. Avoid them at all cost.
Bad quality
They sent our Christmas postcards with lack of ink. Two lines from side to side in every single one of the 30 postcards. And they refuse to solve the problem. Bad service. I don’t recommend it. Their argument is “ The postcards go through a rubber wheel on the conveyor belt at the post office which occasionally makes a mark on the cards.” but if that was the case, not all of them would have the mark, some of them would have it on the other side of the card and if it’s occasional, a lot of them would look normal. None of them did.

The Guads
The best!!!
My friend sent me a Postable card last year, and it looked like real handwriting so I told her her handwriting was so great. She told me it was a website and my mind was blown. Now, I use them for holiday cards and birthdays and other card sending occasions. They have gifts now too which are actually really good so I’ll add the gifts for better friends!!
They have very creative cards!
