Mother’s Day card never received
Mother’s Day card never received! They stated they would , still never received!
Gift not included with card
I am overseas so I used Postable to send a card to my 93 year old father in the States. I can't really judge the card since I didn't see it printed. But what I found outrageous was this: After I selected the card, I was asked if I wanted to add a gift. For $25 I could send 6 cookies. I know, those are very expensive cookies, but I thought it would make my father happy. So I included them. He got the card (days after his birthday) but no cookies. Instead there was a QR code that you are supposed to scan and then they will send the cookies later. What a bunch of BS! First of all, the whole reason I did this is because my father doesn't have a computer. Otherwise I would send him something online. He doesn't even know what a QR code is. And even if, the whole point is to send a card and gift at the same time, not have the gift arrive days later. And there is no indication of this in the ordering process. After I complained, they referred me to the FAQs about the QR code thing. What a scam!

30 Day Delivery - Useless
Bought one card 05/05/23. Said delivery 3-7 days.
Arrived after 30 days! Completely useless.
Stay away: Unable to execute on their key selling point.
Stay away! System "error" and they never mailed the card. Then they tried to mail it (according to customer service) and it still never arrived. Disappointing.
card did not get sent
card did not get sent - mother's day - still didn't arrive
Mother's Day card was never mailed by…
Mother's Day card was never mailed by Postable. Customer service claims there was a glitch, but still never re-mailed the card. There's at least 10 other comments on Facebook for other people whose Mother's Day cards were never sent.
This was horrible service
This was horrible service. I ordered a mother's day card with a personalized note May 4th, website said it will take between 2 to 5 days , today is the 15th of May and they sent the card to my address not my mothers. To make matters worse, it was blank without any personalized messages.

I ordered 2 Mother’s Day cards April 15th and they did not arrive before Mother’s Day. My 83 year old mother was alone without her card. Horrible service. Do not order from them. Completely unreliable.
Absolutely horrible
Very bad overall. Card hasn’t arrived. They said the tracking system is off. They need to be shut down.
I have been a client of Postable for…
I have been a client of Postable for several years. I keep topping my account as I add new clients to it each and every month. What has happened is that my current maling list now receive 3 cards for their birthdays. I have asked that they put a stop to this and no one will get back to me. It looks so unprofessional on my behalf to my clients. I am so frustrated as I have been spending up to 2k a year with them. What a way to end a relationship. They just dont seem to care about my business nor mine with my own clients.
It’s Been Two Weeks No Cards Received
Sent four cards two weeks ago. None have been delivered. Wrote and paid for four Christmas cards a week before Christmas today is December 31st and none of those cards have arrived. Sad! Company is a scam!
Never Pay Full Price.
I used Postable for many years, ever since it launched. Really enjoy it, but I’m constantly burned by their discount codes. I always feel like I’ve paid the more than I could have had I waited for a code. I wrote an email outlining my complaint and never heard back. They really are poor marketers. **My advice to people who will use Postable: Never, ever pay full price. Always wait for a code… it always is better savings the closer to the holiday when you’re sending your card.**
Fast to respond and helpful with our dilemma
We sent out some baby announcements for Christmas and then experienced a tragic miscarriage. The Postable team were very quick to respond to my messages and help us with our difficult situation. Absolutely wonderful to work with.
No Quality Control - Completely Unacceptable
We ordered wedding save-the-date cards and paid to have Postable print, stamp and send the postcard. The card was printed and sent in a timely manner but the quality was horrible. The card has a color photo on the front and the back. There are vertical lines going through both images where the ink was smeared and see through, like it passed over rollers during the print process that damaged the photos. The customer service rep said it was the post office fault but the text, which is on top of the images is undamaged. This is a print issue completely. I have worked with and for printers in the past and know a bad print job when I see it. Obviously no one is checking the quality of their prints before putting in the mail. We were so disappointed, especially after paying a photographer for the photos, then paying for professional printing. This was a costly mistake. I would not use Postable again.

The card I bought and sent never arrived. (Bought it in the second week of December). Very bad service and not trustworthy.
20 days on and still no delivery
20 days after ordering and the recipient has still not received the card, despite estimated delivery being 5 - 14 days. Unfortunately, the other reviews echo similar disappointments. Honestly, don't bother spending your money on this site; you might as well send a card by hand yourself if you can.
Terrible service. Waste of money and time.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered Xmas cards for usa and Uk delivery. Spent over $70, usa only half got them and 2.5wks later.
Uk cards just got them- February 4th.
Absolute waste of money. Do not use this service as they are slow and/or incompetent. Babies first Xmas and no one got his card till February now he’s twice the size. I wanted to send a group card for Xmas for both sides of the family and that was ruined.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL ONLY RUIN THE OCCASION.
We ordered Christmas cards from…
We ordered Christmas cards from Postable, spent a good deal of time creating customized cards for our friends and family. I just found out today that none of them received their cards. Wondering how much money this company collected, selling Christmas cards and never mailing them...
customer service is excellent. The quality of their cards is the best.
I have depended on Postable for sending cards, but the last few months have been hit or miss, is it USPS? Maybe so. Too many friends are not receiving their cards. I love Postable's quality and they were the absolute best at punctuality and service. I will stay loyal, their customer service is excellent. The quality of their cards is the best.
Cards Sent But Never Received By Entire Team
Had cards scheduled to be sent to my team for appreciation and reinforcement; especially during these trying COVID times. Cards show as sent three weeks ago yet no one on my team ever received them. Looking for alternative service - don't want to sit by and just "hope" my cards are delivered...not to mention the expense. LOUSY SERVICE.
