I've never written to a celebrity before, but wanted to extend compassion to an individual facing health challenges. I liked the idea of a personal letter being sent and used Postalie. I woke up in the wee hours wondering if it was a scam. The website seemed legitimate, I received an email confirmation right away, and best of all Alex promptly answered all my questions and was very reassuring. Thank you.

BTW I was sending a letter to Harry Styles fan club using POSTALIE and forgot to put the address of the fan club on it. POSTILIE took it upon themselves to find the HS fan club address on my behalf without me even asking. So nice 🌻
