Hi Amanda. Thanks so much for your review. The package you purchased was the basic package with all add-ons removed, such as the wax seal and nice list certificate.
We feel that it is the package as a whole that makes the product but do advertise in full on the web site exactly what you are getting before you order. We also then ensure as you progress through the letter customisation process that you are aware of all the bits that will be missing if you choose opt out of them.
Whilst we would agree with you that the basic option you chosen is indeed basic, we always keep it available for purchase as not everyone wants to purchase the fully priced product.

Beautiful letter.. my son is only 2, so still not sure on who santa is but when I was reading the letter he was smiling all the way and really enjoying it.. he was very excited to open it up and he giggled when he was on the nice list, he is very cheeky..

Very very pleased with my purchase
The letters arrived very quickly in extremely authentic looking envelopes with a red seal. I have no doubt that my granddaughters will be thrilled with them.
The only minor point I would mention is that I would have liked the option to send the letters direct to the girls

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review! We would love to be able to offer letters directly to the children, in fact this is how we actually started out.
Unfortunately we learnt over time that the reliability of the postal service is hit and miss and subsequently we disappointed a number of children in our first year by having letters arrive on different days, or even some going missing altogether.
Sadly we therefore had to stop offering this option. We are also unable to offer the same level of authenticity with the envelope if it goes through the postal service as large barcodes and logos are required along with our company name and return address.
