I recently purchased their Terror Twos Artbook and it arrived in a perfect condition to Egypt!
Honestly I didn’t expect them to ship there but they did however, It did take some time, but it’s understandable considering the distance and customs and whatnot.

I have only had good experiences with Posterspy when using their site to upload my work or when I’ve ordered from their shop. I received my Terror Twos art book very promptly and Jack at Posterspy is super friendly and easy to talk to if you have issues using their site.

So here’s the story. I ordered two poster books from this company. One came within the next week or so and the other was a preorder because it hadn’t been released yet which I wasn’t that upset about because I was looking forward to it. When the month came to receive the book since it was the month of release I contacted the store to ask if the book had been sent, they replied saying that it had to be delayed for a month or two which again I wasn’t very upset about. Fast forward to almost 9 months later and I still hadn’t received my book so I emailed them telling them what happened and it was a shipping error because they had my book but “forgot” to ship it. I was a little annoyed but I forgave them because they were very helpful and professional and offered me a free print of my choice. Fast forward an other couple of months. It’s way over a year since I ordered the book and about 4-5 months since I was offered the free print. I got in contact again telling them the problem and providing them with screenshots of all previous contact I’ve had with them and they forgot to ship the book and the free print again! So the man apologised for what had happened and offered me three free prints (including the one I chose before) and a £20 gift card for my troubles. I finally received the book and two of the three prints and have contacted twice in seeing when this last print will arrive. It has taken me almost two years to receive two books and three free prints. They are nice people and have a good business but I would never order from them again since it’s not worth the money nor hassle to wait. They need to sort out they’re system fast. If they didn’t offer the free prints and give some of them then they would be a 0/10 but because I’ve received almost all my prints and the books I’ll give them a 2/10.
