Still haven’t received my order even if…

Still haven’t received my order even if it’s been almost a month. I contacted the poster team and was given an apologie and my order is now remade. Would of been nice to have a discount because of the inconvenience.

Late and poor craftsmanship.

I was not notified that my order had been packaged or shipped. Delivery was 7 days later than advertised. Frame is not super high quality, the corner doesn’t connect properly and there is a slight gap between one of the corners. Easily noticeable.

Since being told to submit a complaint via their website I have tried doing so multiple times. A few times through my phone web browser and now on my computer. Each time when I submit, the button just buffers until the form eventually times out.
Wouldn’t buy their products again.

very disappointed with my purchases

The Snoopy prints I purchased were of low quality - not at all "poster" quality as I was expecting. It's as though the posters were printed on a regular laser printer using matte paper... could've printed these on my own at home and they would've looked much better! Furthermore, the 3 posters I ordered had creases in the upper portions of the paper - the packaging process also needs improving.

Sizes were not correct .

The posters all arrived super quickly.
But… none of the sizes were accurate!
They were all slightly too big (ranging between 0.4cm - 1.5cm too large.
I had to carefully crop them all smaller to fit the frames (which were sized for the poster sizes I had originally ordered)

Apart from that.
The website was great to use and the print quality was as expected for the price.

The post store is a great idea / way to find fun art to spruce up your home or space - either frame the prints, pin them up or put them anywhere you like knowing how easy to are to order, set up!!

I love the custom print they have for an option - I made a couple and adroit them in my home!!

I am really impressed by the collection…

I am really impressed by the collection of prints they have. The frames and prints arrived very quickly. The packaging was very well packed and nothing was broken or dented. The prints were packaged separately in the same box to keep its shape from damage. I ordered the holiday prints for this Christmas and it looks sooo amazing in my new living room. I get so many compliments on them. Thank you!

Junk, take your business elsewhere.

I bought a professional picture file to be enlarged. The picture in preview was great, in the received product the colours are terrible. Also ordered a 70x100cm metal frame that turned out to lowest possible quality standards. Bought the wall connector that is actually not required.
The vendor will not reprint the picture. I can not use the provided, all else bought is junk. 200$ down the drain, though they want to refund the picture cost.

Plexi glass does fit Frame too large

I ordered a large frame. When I put my poster inside I realized that the frame is too big for the plexi glass insert. The plexi glass insert does not fit well in the frame and is too small showing the gaps and it has a curve to it inside the frame. I saved up for this frame. It is expensive. So disappointed.

I was able to get the exact look I was…

I was able to get the exact look I was going for, for a fraction of what it would have cost me to go to a professional framer. That said, the strength & durability is not there, it is quite flimsy. But hanging there on my wall it looks great!

Nice posters,mats but came damaged.

The posters and mats were really nice. The mats were good quality for the price in my opinion. Unfortunately the posters were damaged at 1 of the corners. The mat covers most of the damage but still disappointing.

Wasted my money and time

Wasted my money and time. Communication was off and was poor, as if they didn't comprehend my simple inquiry on why there was a delay. The product that arrived was poor quality, poor assembly and incomplete. For example the canvas corners and edges looked sloppy, and the thickness was far less than I am accustomed to.
