I miss laid my travel card. From ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady named Alison and telling her what had happened I received my new card in 2 days.

As usual, trying to top up and I got the 'problem with system' message.
Were now stuck on the USA/Canadian border.
Assuming we do actually get home I'm giving up the PO card. It's let me down too many times.

Order no.POL29811343.
If I could mark 0 I would. Online order i received had a shortfall of €30 which i reported and investigated for 2 weeks. Post office processes are fail safe ( NOT) and customer is either lying or trying to defraud.
PLEASE COUNT MONEY BEFORE YOU LEAVE BRANCH. COUNTER STAFF ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO OPEN YOUR ORDER TO CHECK .... YOU MUST

Trying to cancel my card seems impossible on line. I went to the post office and they said they can't cancel it, or don't know how to. I was told to phone up and cancel it. The reason for canceling my card is I got charged £1.50 to take out my own money. I will never recommend the post office travel card to anyone.

Easy to register, friendly and helpful staff at the Evesham branch. Only put a small amount of euros on for emergency situations, also just to familiarise my self with the card.
I used it at a petrol station which are mainly automated in Sicily to fill up with fuel. No problems. I'll put more euros on now I feel confident with it's usage.
Just need to remember the pin number.

It’s fantastic. Card is easy to put my currency money on. & it’s good that you can switch currency if you have any left from your last holiday to your new destination. Is good that I can top up when needed.
Iv never had any issues using it. Iv often been asked what I use when going on holiday & I always recommend the post office travel card.

Often useful but often declined in Supermarkets in Scandinavia for no reason. Most inconvenient on my many trips there.

Chose to use this company after seeing them on Topcashback, so got a travel money card in Feb, after 6 months I’ve just found out they’ve declined the cashback with no reason provided. I won’t be using them on my next trip, and will be avoiding any post office travel money products in the future, they incentive signing up then refuse to give you what they owe. Really don’t recommend
