Necklace broke after only three wears
Necklace broke after only three wears, thankfully my ring fell into my top otherwise it could have been gone forever.
When I emailed they agreed to send a replacement, which never arrived. When I chased them the promised to “look into the issues and email back the following morning” four days later there was still no response. When chased again they have agreed to refund, but let’s see how long that takes.
