No items which were ordered 7th dec

No items which were ordered 7th dec! Did not hear anything from them even after emailing to find out when they would be sent, had to go and get stocking fillers Xmas eve as was hoping they would have turned up! Now gonna have to wait for refund, won’t be using them again! Useless

I don't want to give any stars

I don't want to give any stars, no communication or customer service at all. Placed an order beginning of November to ensure the stocking fillers would arrive. No order, no email and no response. If they were transparent and said they were struggling it wouldn't be so bad and I would have shopped elsewhere l. Never again

Terrible Service, please avoid

Terrible Service
As with all the countless other recent reviews for this company I have not received the stocking fillers I purchased at the beginning of December and have had no responce to my emails. The very disappointing thing is that I have patiently waited for them to arrive and I now have almost no time to replace them which will somewhat destroyed some of the Christmas magic, not to mention the money I am now certain I will not see again.
I used this company last year and I was pleased with the service, but I would not buy from them again. Although I would imagine after the recent issues the company will no doubt not continue to trade into the new year.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. No stocking fillers turned up after paying over £30. I had to quickly run out and re buy them all. I’ve emailed a complaint and demanded a refund but I’m not holding my breath. Stay clear!!

This company is an absolute disgrace!

This company is an absolute disgrace!! I placed an order over 8 weeks ago and despite countless phone calls and emails they've simply ignored me. Give me my money back! I found a much better kids toys company, Kids Stuff For Less and they delivered better quality stuff in 3 days from order. No need to ever bother you again with an order, goodbye and good riddance!!

Criminals. Committing fraud taking money with zero intention of sending out your order.

No stars!!! Ordered 25 Nov-non delivery and zero communication!! I’m starting to think the company has gone under! Exactly the same complaints as the other reviewers. Disgraceful how companies prey on people and children are let down this time of year! Do not use!!!

Thieves

Thieves!

Took my money back at the start of November, now just before Christmas and stocking fillers nowhere to be found. No customer service, totally left in the lurch for Christmas. Wish they had just been honest that they won't be able to fulfill and I could have got the presents before now. Furious.

I made an order on the 6th December

I made an order on the 6th December. It should take no longer than 10 working days they say, however I’ve still not received It and I needed it for Christmas! After messaging them for days their responses are useless, saying they are doing all they can for my order. Clearly they aren’t!! Avoid the disappointment!

Really disappointing - 14 Nov order and no news yet!

22 Dec: I ordered on 14 November. Received an update on 20 November saying they were working through orders & they would dispatch soon, and nothing since. No reply to email, unable to call - the line goes straight to voicemail which is full and can't take anymore messages. I've just requested a refund, but think it's awful they can provide such little care for customers - especially when people are struggling, and most orders are likely Christmas gifts :( If they were unable to fill orders they should have stopped taking new ones while working through issues. They must be running 2/3 months behind and are still taking new orders/money.
Update: Part-order delivered. Contacted and given a refund for all items not dispatched on 3 Jan.

Does not ship order

Used last year and although long delivery time, did turn up. Placed an order this year on 22nd November. I’m still waiting, you can’t chase them, or phone or email, just get the same email, saying it will be dispatched before Xmas. I had no faith and cancelled my order but still waiting a refund! Not sure if they been taken over and using a new warehouse as an excuse! Do not use!

Do not buy from this retail

I ordered 18 Christmas gifts on the 3rd December, Web site says 5-7 days delivery, it is now 22nd December and still no email to say its been sent out for delivery, I've sent email after email , all I get back is an automated email saying I should get a email soon telling me my tracking number . A week after the first email I still haven't got a tracking number. I'm going to have 2 very disappointed grandkids, because I've broken my leg and unable to get out of my house to buy more presents .

Really poor communication asked about…

Really poor communication asked about delivery and get no real answer then ask again and they just cancelled my order. I did not ask for ir to be cancelled i asked when my items would be delivered wouldnt order from them again what a waste of time and ruined christmas.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Terrible company

Terrible company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Placed order for stocking filers on 28/11, its now 22/12 and I have not even received a dispatch e-mail. Essentially the gifts I had purchased will not arrive before Christmas. Customer service are not replaying to any e-mails.
I'm about to request a refund but looking at other peoples comments this is going to be easier said than done.

Used to love pound toy but would never…

Used to love pound toy but would never order again.
Ordered back in October and never received items. Had to chase and chase and got the same automated response about delays and moving warehouse.
Thank goodness I ordered through PayPal so went through them and got my money back.
It’s now a few weeks since I got my refund but today have received an email saying they’ve cancelled my order! A few days before Xmas. Too late! Already done it! Poor customer service! Feel sorry for anyone who has been left in the lurch at this short notice!

Oh dear, times have changed!

I have used this company several times in the past and orders have always been processed quickly and I have left a 5* review. It seems that this company has had an internal distribution disaster. I ordered on the 15th Ocober and have still not received my order. In November, they stated that all problems were sorted and existing orders would be posted within the next week or so - that simply hasn't happened. Communication is non-existent and that is what really winds customers up. It's a shame, they were a great company.

Update: Order arrived Christmas Eve. Email said it was a complete order. However, 14 items were missing and one item was obviously broken before it went in the box!

Order unfulfilled. Abysmal customer service. AVOID.

Ordered on 25 November for Christmas. Since then have had one email saying "we haven't forgotten you!"and that they were dealing with "unprecedented demand"...but no update on when my order might be dispatched. I then emailed to ask for an update and received and automated reply, which basically said that they were unable to offer any updates on when individual orders might arrive...and only to reply to the email if you wanted to cancel your order. Have just checked the order status link I was sent previously and it simply states "unfulfilled". Assume it won't arrive for Christmas so now extra expense, stress and in all likelihood disappointed children on Christmas day.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Would not order again or recommend to anyone.

Will be amazed if they have a viable business left after such a display of incompetence and a total disregard for their customers.

Appalling.
