I ordered a guitar stompbox that didn't live up to my expectations (I suspect some kind of malfunction) and therefore returned it. Prompt refund, including original shipping costs (even though I kept another item from the same order).

I have sent several messages. I had a question about a guitar. There is no response to any message. Very bad service and I have my reservations about this company.

The guitar I ordered was delivered within 2 weeks from ordering it (Shipped to Finland)

The product is as described, is working like it should and was well packaged! (also with a great price)

Customer service was nice and helpful, and had good communication with the order process!

Don't buy anything from this company. They are liars and thieves. They withdraw your money immediately after ordering, no shipping for months, no response on requests, and most important: they don't refund your money. At this moment, I have PayPal on the case of getting my money back (2145 euro).

Website works very well, and you can follow the order as it goes. Shipped on time but didn't arrive on time (by GLS). Nevertheless, I tried to talk to them by email - as one of the packages was stoped midway between France and Portugal, and they never answered (3 emails with no reply at all). I asked GLS what was wrong with the second package, as the other one arrived and that one didn't. This was when GLS informed me that something was wrong and they have contacted Pour Les Musiciens to tel them what to do - a few days passed, and GLS had ALSO no reply from them. Eventual they answered GLS, as the package arrived but never answered me (the client). Conclusion: the package arrived with a profound tear (and probably this was the problem they had to solve with the dealer), and with 10 days of delay (not because of GLS, but because Pour Les Musicien delayed on solving the problem. Fortunately, besides the tear on the box, the product was intact. Review: good online store, bad communication with the client (not at all).

Good delivery of specific product what I was looking for. Only note is the somewhat longer delivery time of 8 days from France to the Netherlands, but that was indicated when ordering that it could take so long. However, the delivery arrived correctly. Am very satisfied.

Did not recieve my package, after 2 weeks it's still on its way it seems. Meanwhile 10 packages from Japan arrived. Which i ordered a week after. So: Beware of international shipping problems.

Tried to purchase a rare reverb unit over the internet to the UK from these guys. They lied about having the unit in stock, so I transferred the cash by wire transfer. I then had no communication / acknowledgement from them for well over a week. I ended up having to call them on a daily basis. At first they claimed they had not received the cash, then they said there was a problem with their system, eventually after 3 weeks of daily calls to france (which cost my well over 100 pounds), they told me that they did not have the item in stock and it would be several weeks until the supplier sent them new units. Their staff were routinely rude, uninformed and dismissive, and when they eventually refunded my cash, it was for 30 pounds less than I had sent them. Avoid these people like the plague, they are useless, rude and crooked liars. Never again.

Very simple to purchase a guitar and get it shipped to UK.

Pour Les Musiciens is much better service than other musical instruments service (that ships to whole Europe). On the other company it took them 1 week to reply my questions and the products were out of stock, on Pour Les Musiciens i got quick answers (a couple of hours) and fast delivery. My parents were visiting Paris and i purchased Holy Grail Pedal from EHX, Apogee One and some cables, and everything was delivered to the Hotel they were staying.

Excellent experience. The guitar (not available locally, in Paris) arrived in good time and good order, very well packed. When I asked them to change the carrier (to avoid TNT, which is unreliable), they were very obliging.

everything is fine, the delivery time was ok, the pedal was packed very safely and the pedal sounds really excellent
