First things first, fantasic customer service from xs sports, really is top tier. When your spending a good chunkn of money, good customer service is a must. They delivered on this.

The equipment. Fantasic and well made. Good sturdy bit of equipment which I can not fault. Easy to put together and only took about 90 minutes but my wife calls me the king of flat pack so others may take a little longer.

Sits nicely in my home gym and does what it needs to. Im 6ft 2 and works a treat for what I need.

I will be using xs sports again as I need some more equipment.

Keep it up ladies and gents at XS, you knocked it out the park.

Fantastic sturdy piece of kit, I purchased the leg extension and curl machine to help with my physiotherapy after recent knee replacement surgery. I will also be using it to improve my overall leg strength lost due to having worn out knees 😔

The assembly is very easy as long as you adhere to the assembly sequence in the manual as the circular selector has to go in early!

Make sure you fully grease all the bearings and pull locks to give long service life.
I fitted 3 16mm washers to the threads of the 2 pull locks on the upper leg buffers and backrest, this stopped the pull lock threads from bottoming on the adjustable parts

There was unfortunately a bearing missing from the packaging, which after an email to JJ @ support was posted to me a couple of days later.

I was selling a seated leg curl and extension unit which needed to be disassembled for transportation. As I had bought the unit second hand I didn't have the instruction/assembly manual so I emailed XS Sports at 1030pm on Thursday asking if they might be able to send one. At 830 the following morning I received the manual. Fantastic service and I will definitely highly recommend this business.

The product arrived quickly and assembling it was straightforward. I had a minor issue with a part that had the wrong size, but upon contacting them, they responded promptly and sent a replacement the next day. My recumbent bike is phenomenal value for money and a great product. After cycling thousands of miles I needed a new pedal, ordered the wrong size but customer service offered some quick advice on how to return them and which ones I needed. They also helped me to adjust the shipping address as I made an error with that, too. I would highly recommend their products and them as a company.

2nd but if kit as wife broke it using it wrong. Not the kits fault at all

Was surprised that I could get a spare spring for my rowing machine.
Spring was easy to order, it arrived in 2 days and was easy to fit.

Easy ordering process,very quick delivery,well made equipment and very easy to set up.

The Eliptical crosstrainer arrived in good time,took quite awhile to assemble as screws and nuts weren’t labelled or easily identifiable with the paperwork,once assembled worked really well,a little noisy but not too bad,would have been great with foot straps as my trainers kept slipping over the foot plate also the saddle is a little on the hard side but it does the job very happy with it😃
