Impressive build
Impressive build, sturdy and well made.
Very comfortable to use.
Only problem was with instructions for the assembly and the check list which didn’t tally with the instructions. A series of pictures would have made it easier and clearer.
All in all the XS Sport B400R Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Bike a good product at a good price which I am enjoying using. It is great for my quads and knees.
Delivery was excellent with info re delivery time.

XS Sport are very customer focused
XS Sport are very customer focused. Diagnoesd problem with my rowing machine correctly and although spare parts not immediatly available gave date of expected delivery. Deiivery was earlier than expected. Provided link to video for fitting parts, which was poor, but helpful.

Exercise bike B510
Exercise bike B510. Although we did have some problems with putting the bike together, we were able to contact XS Sports by email and they replied promptly and were very helpful. Their customer service is exceptional. The bike (which was recommended to us as we are OAPS) is very stable and works well, and we are very pleased with it.
