Had some problems with the XS Sports folding bike but my email was replied to almost immediately. I was VERY impressed by the way the company dealt with these problems. Excellent Customer Services Dept.

Ordered Wednesday pm arrived Friday am. However when assembling discovered that a small essential part was missing. Emailed Friday pm and received apology later that day. Replacement part despatched by courier Monday and arrived Tuesday am. Continued with assembly and all fine. Excellent Customer service and a well built product at a good price. Recommended

My rowing machine developed a fault in the recoil mechanism after 10 months, I sent an email on a Sunday and received an instant response apologising and offering a replacement. In spite of living in N Ireland the replacement arrived within 4 days. I couldn’t have expected better service Fiona

I ordered a spin bike from xs sports after a lot of research. They have very reasonably priced spin bikes that are really great quality. The bike arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Really happy with my purchase.

I bought a R310 Luxury Home Rowing machine from XS Sports in June 2020.
The order was handled really quickly and the machine arrived a day earlier than it was due.
The machine was great and used almost daily, but after 6 months it developed a fault with the recoil mechanism.
I emailed SX sports about the problem and within an hour they had replied to my email and offered to replace the machine. The replacement rower arrive a couple of days later. Hugely impressed with communication and customer service from SX Sports. Full marks.

Arrived on time. Well packed. Set up in 30 minutes, would have been quicker if metal bracket in section 2 hadn't been packed in section 4. 70 yrs old, after third day got up to 502 strokes (3k) (15mins) on no.8. Good product, well worth the money.

Product arrived extremely quickly. Was easy to build with good instructions, and components appear to be of high quality. Daughter is enjoying using it.

My order arrived several days before expected. There were some parts missing so I emailed that evening. I got an email response the next morning and the missing parts the next day. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. The product was fine too and extremely good value for money.

Excellent company. Looked at their site online and then phoned them for some advice. JJ talked me through the different bikes and which one he thought was best for me. I ordered it at 5pm on the Monday and it arrived at 2pm on Wednesday. Full instructions on how to build it we’re easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks JJ.

I bought the XS Sports B210 ​Folding Magnetic Exercise Bike back in the first Lockdown. It developed a problem so I emailed and was very pleasantly surprised by the swift reply, excellent customer service. After sending a video depicting the fault they replaced the bike... you can’t ask for more...I’m one very happy bunny. The bike is excellent value for money.

Ordered a Cross trainer. Came next day. Slightly damaged. But very very impressed with the instant response. Even though it says open mon-fri. I emailed today on Saturday expecting to get response on Monday. But got response within a couple of hours and problem immediately sorted. Replacement sent out and will be delivered Monday/Tuesday. Very impressed with the swift and efficient service provided. Definitely 5 out of 5.

We bought an eliptical cross trainer and In Spite of being senior citizens we love it - we can take it at our pace and stay fit and toned potentially adding years to our life

I have received my XS spin bike couple off days after ordering it brilliant service the delivery guy was great he even lifted the bike into house for me as it was heavy for me too lift👍🏻The bike was easy to assemble and I was using it next day and I love the bike 🚴 it's as good as the one I use in gym brilliant I would definitely recommend this company ant there bike thank you regards Mary a very happy customer 👍🏻🚴

I recently bought the SB500 exercise bike so I can do my spin classes at home as the gyms are shut due to covid. I wanted something cheap as it will just be for short term use until the gyms are back open but I am really pleased the bike. The finish on the bike is a bit messy in places and the handle bars were a bit loose so rocked very slightly side to side - but I have put a paper wedge in and that has sorted the issue. But overall for the cost I think this is a great bike and good value for money. Feels similar to bikes I use in the gym. I also spoke to the customer service a few times with questions and they were really friendly and helpful. Also it was delivered super fast! Would definitely recommend.
