Produkt leveret med pakkefejl - uacceptabel håndtering

Purchased a Dacota Office Chair 301 Mesh (order X3V7YY4) at Power Vesterport on 11/04/2026. Upon assembly I discovered the chair was delivered with two right armrests instead of one left and one right — a clear packing error with photographic documentation.
When I contacted Power to request the missing left armrest be sent to my address, I was informed this was not possible and that I would need to personally transport the product to the store at my own expense. This is not in accordance with købelovens §§ 78-79, which states the seller must remedy defects without cost or inconvenience to the consumer.
I have since filed a formal complaint with Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager (case 1086543) and sent a formal legal letter to Power management. The matter remains unresolved.

First of all, I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had with your Dacota Office Chair and the way the situation developed around the missing armrest and your rights as a consumer. That’s absolutely not the kind of customer experience we want to give, and I fully understand your frustration – especially when you’ve taken the time to document the issue and refer to your rights.

From what I can see, your case has now been handled, and we’ve found a solution together where you return the chair with a GLS return label, and we send you a new chair as soon as the defective one is received by us. I’m genuinely glad that you’ve accepted this solution and that you’re satisfied with the final outcome, even though the road there clearly has been way too complicated and time‑consuming 🧡

Your experience is really valuable feedback for us – both in terms of how we handle clear packing errors like this, and how we communicate around practical solutions such as shipping and returns. We’ll be taking your feedback with us internally so we can work on improving the customer experience going forward.

Very bad

Very bad experience both with online assistance and in store pick up. In store they made me wait for over 20 minutes for a click and collect prepaid order. The absolute worst experience ever

The EU rules about returning in-ear…

The EU rules about returning in-ear headphones are not clarified but Power has decided not to accept any returns. Ordered some in-ear headphones online on Friday, had to open the seal to see them. Took them back to a physical store on Monday (so two days later) and was told they cannot be returned. The packing is in perfect condition apart from the seal I broke to see the actual headphones themselves.

I understand your frustration – especially when you return the in‑ear headphones just a couple of days after purchase, with the packaging in perfect condition apart from the broken seal, and are then told they can’t be returned at all. That doesn’t feel like a good customer experience, and I’m really sorry you’ve had that experience with us.

We’re constantly working on improving both how we explain our return rules (especially on products like in‑ear headphones) and how it’s communicated between webshop og fysisk butik, so situations like yours bliver langt tydeligere og mere fair oplevet som kunde.

QLED TV

Hi,

The product offer and price was great for QLED Tv. The first visit to the store at Vesterport was not upto the mark since there was only one personnel attending the customers. For 1 hour I had to wait and finally the store was closed.

The second visit was fantastic since the salesperson was quick in finding the product for pickup and creating the receipt. The instore insurance price and in the website were different.

Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money.

It took almost an hour to pick up the…

It took almost an hour to pick up the phone I ordered. I had to wait in the queue for nearly half an hour while the sales agent made a call to assign someone to hand over the phone to me. This could have been done in just a few minutes!

The sales personal over there are…

The sales personal over there are probably the worst I’ve encountered in Denmark. The sales assistant at the computer sales his name is aleksander. Is extremely rude and dismissive to customers. He has a dismissive attitude and non willingness to to attend to customers. Rude ! Probably not the job for him .

Very nice black friday deal

Very nice black friday deal. The gadget would be a bit less expensive in Germany or in the USA, but still, a decent discount for shopping in DK. The customer service was worse because…

The customer service was worse because when I went there I had to wait like 20 minutes there were no people for the pickup area and when it's my turn they took another person another two three couples couple of people but they did not even ask me when it's my turn they just left to get something else for another one and then the other customer service guy came and he then take my request rather those who came in another line he prioritized them it was worse experience
