I purchased a product that, after 20 minutes, I realized did not meet the required criteria. I returned to the point of sale with the receipt in hand (only after 20 minutes) and they did not exchange the product. The product had never been used, it had only been taken out of the box and immediately put back. The staff was very cold and rude, without trying to understand what could be done to help me solve the problem. I have purchased many devices in different stores and they have always been kind and professional with every request or problem, and they have always been resolved. I hope it was just an isolated case, otherwise the manager needs to teach the staff to treat customers better. Terrible experience!

I just got an excellent service from SIMON, the person on duty at this point of time and who has accommodated me very nicely at the store-station while helping with my fb account problems and other apps downloading as well as other unnecessary browser to delete which were all difficult for me to solve lately. Edit: got a call because of this review, promising solution the same day, but nothing happened since.
Power.dk sells 24,000dkk laptops that has usb issues. I am communicating with them half a year and trying to solve this. I had many email send, many phone calls made and went physically to the shop. This is my work laptop, so I cannot just give with files that belongs to a company. Power.dk said they cannot take out the hard drive as that would would the warranty, aren't they the warranty? I cannot normally work with it as USB ports gets disconnected ~5 minutes on heavier power consumption. I also cannot return it as they do not give a replacement laptop, nor give any guarantee for my work files being secured. I am basically stuck with a broken laptop and cannot return it, not use it as intended.

I purchased a Motorola phone from power and paid its money. On my way back to home I realised that the phone box was opened and repacked again before they sell it to me because there were lots of fingerprints on the screen when I opened the box. Also, there was a labe of 'ready to sell' attached on the box. I went back to the store again and complained the issue. They said that yes the phone was repacked and this is the only phone we have in our warehouse here. I told them why you sold an opened phone under the brand new one without telling me that the phone is not new?
Again they said that because we have only this one in our storage. I refund the phone and asked them to pay me my money back. They did this but have not received the money yet back. I went to the other branch that was 1 hour away to buy a new phone.
I don't have a good experience with my purchase at Power especially that I purchased the phone to give it as a gift to someone else and imagine that I hadn't realized that the phone was not new!

I bought a cordless vaccuum cleaner from the outlet, and the device did not turn on when I tested at home. Really annoying to sell a broken product without testing it. Then I had to wait for the next day to contact support. Customer service through chat referred me to the telephone support and after waiting for 20 minutes I was told that I need to go to a power store to seek help.
I went to the store and after waiting for 45 minutes, I was told that I have only two options: either cancel the purchase and return the item or send it to the workshop for repair. Fair enough but when I asked how long the service would take I was told minimum 14 working days and there is no maximum. Funny thing was also that if I used the service then I lost my right to return the item. Can you believe it??? The device was broken when it was sold to me and now I need to wait endlessly without having the device or my money back…
Anyhow after 15 minutes of discussion the staff agreed to give me the right of cancellation if the service is going to take a long time.
So much time wasted for an item that did not work for even 1 minute!!!

Last week I got notified that the product was fixed and it was ready for pick up. I drove to the store on Friday but the charger was not there, and they did not give me another one as the store manager was not there and he would not be until the next week and I needed to come back to the store again. Really dissatisfied with the service, nobody cared about my time being wasted, and the person over the counter just gave me the customer service number to call and complain.
In other places I was quickly offered a compensation…
