Display article, works well.
The article works well although it's a display and did no longer have the box. Unfortunately the instruction manual also didn't come with it so it was a little bit tricky. Maybe I should have tried it in the store first.

Customer Service at Its Finest
I visited Power today March 5, 2025 after discovering their offer on line offering a HP laptop. I had already researched the market for a new computer by checking with such stores as El Gigantin and Green Mind. This offer by Power was too good to be true, yet it appeared to be just what I wanted. I am not a tech wiz nor do I consider myself super astute in assessing the features of one product over and above another, but I do know that I like practical, and reasonably priced products that I can figure out and read without stress. I am nearly 80 years old. The young man, who greeted me when I and my partner came in, was smiling, interested and available. He was polite and he listened to what I wanted to see and he did not give me a big rush job nor did he try to sell me what I did not want. He went out of his way to be responsible and human. He showed me the one I came to see and it fit like a glove, and he made me smile while I considered it and asked questions. He explained that this computer, HP Laptop was new, on sale, and just arrived. He explained that it was less expensive because the manufacturer did not fully load it, and that we could purchase other operational applications which would allow access to some features that typically included .He gave me a discount on the price when he discovered it was 200 Danish kroner more than quoted in the online ad. He was attentive in many little ways and made a point of seeing we got the computer delivered directly in our hands within 15 minutes (we had coffee while it was being loaded). I was so impressed and happy with my selection and purpose that I asked if Power had a customer service evaluation form, and he told me. Not especially but that I could go on line to Trust Pilot and write one. So, I have done so. His name was Tobias Markus. Thank you Power/ Vesterport in Copenhagen.You have the goods in computer technology and excellent employee-technicians. He knew his stuff. I am writing on my new easy to set up computer right now.

Pre-delivery requirements
Very happy with your employees. An excellent salesman in the shop and a very helpful delivery driver. Well done, the assistance was great. However, my dishwasher couldn’t be installed because the tap to the water supply under the sink was faulty. I was informed that the paperwork does contain a list of things to check but it is in the form of “small print”. I must therefore take responsibility, but I think Power needs to look at this. Your salesmen need to provide a useful guide (a bullet point card) to give to customers, a checklist stressing more clearly what the buyer must go through prior to delivery. I needed to get in a plumber before installation and this was hugely frustrating.
Please change from a “small print” approach to a more transparent mini “checklist” to avoid inconvenience and disappointment.

Bad experience.
I purchased a product that, after 20 minutes, I realized did not meet the required criteria. I returned to the point of sale with the receipt in hand (only after 20 minutes) and they did not exchange the product. The product had never been used, it had only been taken out of the box and immediately put back. The staff was very cold and rude, without trying to understand what could be done to help me solve the problem. I have purchased many devices in different stores and they have always been kind and professional with every request or problem, and they have always been resolved. I hope it was just an isolated case, otherwise the manager needs to teach the staff to treat customers better. Terrible experience!
