Staff working in showroom need to manage inventory properly, I order product online and wanted to pick up but when I arrived they say product is not available and then suddenly they said there is a similar product available for which the order is cancelled.

Honestly
Honestly, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was a total disaster. I mean, seriously though, I’m seeing so many people complaining about the exact same thing—delivery delays that never end. My order has been "processing" for ages, and every time I try to get an update, the customer service is either unreachable or gives me some scripted nonsense. Ugh, it’s so frustrating

Bosch series 6 dishwasher
Hi!
I ordered a Bosch Series 6 dishwasher online in the Jan sale and picked it up at the power Bäckebol store. I received great service straight away to pay in the store. Then drove round the back to the outlet point. No waiting and great service again to get the dishwasher in the car.
Installation went very well but the instructions could be better (but there’s helpful videos out there). We’ve had the dishwasher ca 1 week now and happy to say it is above all expectations. The sale price from Power was very competitive too.
So definitely recommend!!!

There was a long waiting tine for receiving my order. When it was my turn, it was found that the product was not in clock and collect area, even though it received 3 messages in one day that I should puck up my order. I was even charged for the bag, which is always included in clock and collect. it’s not a big deal, but the seller’s behavior was not that friendly when I said I pay for the bag, but it should have been prepared in advance and without cost

Very worthy experience
It was my first time in the store and everyone I talked to was fantastic. Everyone from the guy who pointed me to the right person to the lady who sold the item to the guy who helped me pack.
Now I'll be looking to shop more from the store.
