Very expensive postage of parts.
The part required for my Powerbug trolley was the on/off switch + push button. The parts were in stock and the price for each was ok as they were only available from Powerbug. The delivery cost was £84. Very expensive for a tiny package. At a request the delivery price was reduced to £32. Still expensive but I needed the parts. The staff were courteous and understanding.

Since Brexit, international shipping costs outside the UK have increased significantly, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
We’ve done our best to minimise the financial impact as much as possible, but we understand that placing an order can still be a costly process.

Ordered winter hedgehog wheels for my NX trolley which I upgraded to in July. They arrived promptly, and easy to swap the wheels over. Have purchased PowerBug trolleys for many years, and the advice and service received from all members of staff has always been excellent just like their products.
