They Know what they’re doing!
Clear descriptions of different power meters on their website, with easy information on comparability. Written like people who understand bikes. In the US, seems like the easiest way to get the Favero Assioma MX pedal. Helpful staff, power meter has been great.

Proper Experience.
I purchased a set of the new ASSIOMA PRO RS dual sided pedals. PMC had them in stock and the price was fair. I am also impressed with the follow-they provide after the sale, I have already received a message from customer service asking about how I like the pedals so far. This is customer service the way it used to be, personalized. Totally different experience from what you see out there now, where it feels like everything is just automated and cold. I feel like I have contact information now to a real person should I need any help with this purchase. Keep up the good work.

A perfect example of how online shopping should be done!
I bought the Assioma DUO power meter pedals. The price was the lowest I could find, so I sort of anticipated a lower level of service. I was totally wrong! They sent me product guides, links to more info, and direct contact info if I needed any additional help. I didn't have to ask for any of this. Their after sale support was automatic, and fantastic. Shipping was very fast (UPS had the package the next day), and the tracking link was sent as soon as the label was printed. I couldn't be happier.
