I was very lucky to get two…

I was very lucky to get two knowledgable girls when calling last week. When I needed my tariff changed I rang up and got Rebecca on the phone, brilliant service and went out of her way to help me out. Thank you and appreciate your help.

Just be careful when signing up …

Just be careful when signing up that you understand the discount structure I was not informed that the 6% rate has a cut off at 15,00 per qtr and you get no discount over this amount this was not explained to me and I felt misled

Service Agents

If compliments to Service Agents are The Company doing well then The Company's doing well. Within 3 conversations over 2 consecutive days Sam,Tiernan& John were Kind,considerate & Patient, compassionately allowing for My partial Deafness,lack of dexterity on keyboard & minor speech impairment.
