Not Your Mom's Pressure Cooker

I'd had my Power Pressure Cooker for about two weeks and was loving it when the second cooker arrived in the mail just in time for me to take it up to my daughter's home and cook several of the meals from your cookbook. The thought of using a pressure cooker was foreign to her and her husband, so I tried out several of the different recipes to show them the quickness of most and the ability to cook slowly for the perfect potroast. I've been able to convince them that this cooker will save them much time or put the available time they have to good use. I am leaving this new family of four with your cooker and heading home to mine to continue to explore your wonderful invention.

Horrible shipping and no communication

I was really excited to use my pressure cooker. After 6 weeks I had not heard anything (I was told if would ship 2 weeks after purchase). I called your customer service and they made me aware you had sold out but mine would ship in a week. Congrats for selling out I just wish I would have received an e-mail letting me know. I began to think it was a scam. My pressure cooker actually shipped another month later - NOT a week. So I waited about 3 months to receive it. This is totally unacceptable since this information was never communicated to me. Customers are usually understanding of delays as long as they are notified of them. Hope this helps you improve this issue in the future. Priority #1 - Keep your customers happy. Best wishes!

Easy Cleaning and Meals in Minutes

Power Pressure Cooker is very easy to use and easy to clean. Lot safer than traditional pressure cookers. I would recommend this to anyone... I only recommend more options on cooking certain food products...

I am not pleased ...

I have called 4 times to report that I did not receive the cookbook that was supposed to be included and I did not receive directions of any kind to operate the cooker .... I have been told that it would be sent to me ... As of yet .... NOTHING .... last time I called I ask for a supervisor, and was told I would have it within 5 - 8 days ...... NOTHING YET! I am not pleased at all ..... If I could I would return it for a full refund ......

Nice cooker poor service

I like the cooker but still have not received the instructions even though I called and asked for them. I was promised that I would receive them in the mail over a month ago.

If only I could make bacon, eggs, and toast in it!!!

I love my Power Pressure Cooker! The only drawback is...they don't tell that you have to order something else in order to can things. I use it quite often and just love the fact that you don't have to stand by it and watch it as it cooks, and the food is delicious! Another thing I like is..you don't have to wait until your food thaws before you can cook it.
I think every woman (and some men) should have a Power Pressure Cooker!

Really?!! My pressure cooker is not the same as TV model.

I've had the cooker for a bit, finally decided to use it. I was upset with directions for pulled pork. TV ad said it would cook in minutes. Direction said 8 hours on slow cook. Ok,so I've decided to try it. I cannot get the lid off! Watched infomercial and saw a different lid than mine. It has a handle, mine doesn't. Called co. and was told I had better model. Not!

Very Good Addition to the Kitchen

I like the fact that you can saute, slow cook or pressure cook in the same pot. I've tried stovetop pressure cookers thru the years and never mastered the art of using them. This is automatic making it a no brainer. It's easy to clean and I've tried 2 of the receipes in the cookbook and they were also very good. It's still a leaning process for me. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is when you release the steam, even slowly, I'm afraid it's going to ruin my wood cabinets, I have also put it on the island, but then it goes up to my hanging light, which I'm afraid will ruin the finish. So I'm trying to figure a way to release the steam w/o damage. The last time I held a cookie sheet over the steam.

Still Waiting

Purchased my pressure cooker 3 months ago but haven't been able to use it as my first cooker I received was damaged and just received my second cooker a week ago. I refused delivery as this cooker was also damaged. I now have to wait for the third - you would think that since I refused the delivery that it would be proof enough that I do not have the cooker but the company said I have to wait until they received the damaged unit back first before they send out a replacement. So hopefully in another months time I can actually try it.

What a shell game!

Cooker -5 Stars Overall experience-0 Stars. Average 3- Stars.
Where to begin. Ordered two cookers on 4/26/2014 and, after multiple searches and subsequent phone calls (I even emailed Chef Eric from the infomercial, who was apologetic and very encouraging ), received items on 7/05/2014. One of them was broken. I called the company to seek relief and was sent a shipping label to return item. At that time I updated the agent about our experience and inquired about when we should expect delivery of it's replacement....Christmas?!! She was very apologetic and expedited the return shipment. 7/19/2014-Called to track shipment ...Agent marked item as Return for Refund, not Returned for Replacement. So..... Price was refunded--- not S/H. I paid $29.00 for NOTHING? NO COOKER COMING!! Really?!! WOW!!!! Mad as H...! By the way, I have used other cooker multiple times and love it, which makes the experience that much more bitter. The other one was to be a Birthday present for our daughter in May. She has been traveling this rocky road with us. This has permanently soured our opinion on purchasing items off of Infomercials. If you've ordered one of the units and are still waiting....Good Luck. times
