Alarm panel
Sent out the wrong circuit board and it was just in cardboard box with no protective packing... Also DHL delivered to wrong Street but fortunately I knew the person. However when I phoned up Powersaver they despatched hopefully the correct part immediately ...as I have not received it yet....fingers crossed DHL delivers to the correct address....After a couple of emails I got sorted and the customer service from Ryan was excellent......upgraded to 5 stars..

Still not received item
Still not received item. Been delayed, then out for delivery twice but not delivered. Probably Says more about DHL than Powersaver.

Well we missed the delivery
Well we missed the delivery, the driver put a card through the door, no writing on. Then the web site said it was delivered. It might turn up. I'm concerned it was left on the door step.
