Needed a last minute re-lay of carpet due to plumbing work at the house. Dave delayed getting to his own Christmas party to help out so that my elderly mum would have carpet to walk on. Another great job today by Powers Carpets .Always top quality carpets , very competitive prices and such a huge choice in their showroom .Something for everyone’s budget and Dave is always very professional .Have been using for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else .
Wasn't happy with the carpets when first done didnt want the hassle of complaining. Been here since April and still coming up carpet very poor quality. And now having to replace parts. Wouldnt recommend or use again.

Sorry you were disappointed with your carpet. Unfortunately your carpet selection was based on your budget at the time rather than the carpet you ideally wanted throughout.
From our point of view we find it unfair to leave a review like this instead of calling us to inform us of your issues. If we don't know we can't rectify the problem. We have carried out 1000's of jobs and never not returned if their was a fitting issue.
