Really happy with our Florence Oak Dining Table. The solid wood is evident and it looks high quality. Would’ve preferred black screws to match the legs and the coffee brown is darker than expected but it will lighten with age.

The table was as illustration. Very easy to put together and very stable. The inclusion of the felt pads was much appreciated.
Delivery was prompt. The “delivery man” was very helpful. Worth the wait!,

I love my table and am very pleased with it. Excellent quality.
I did feel there was a lack of communication from the initial email after placing the order to the actual time of delivery but when I communicated Poyta did reply promptly.
Delivery was excellent.

Delivery was arranged to suit us over Christmas and they were helpful in organising a suitable delivery time.
Our table is looks great and is very heavy. Some of the bolts in the legs don't line up with the holes in the table top which is a bit sloppy engineering I would say.

Really impressed with my table, bench and chairs. The delivery arrived when and as promised. Really easy to put together and it looks great! It’s all solid, well built and will last a long time, I would definitely recommend.

We’re really happy about our purchase, a solid oak table with metal hairpin legs, as well as Poyta’s customer service. Unfortunately the tabletop got damaged in transit but an exact replacement was delivered to us within a few days of the original delivery.

A great product, looks really neat in our dining room. it was professionally delivered ahead of time, and with all the safety processes that you'd expect during Covid-19.

Like a previous reviewer, I wouldn't normally order furniture without physically seeing it either, however, after receiving great customer service from Hiran (in prompt communication/sending samples etc) we decided to go ahead. We were kept up-to-date throughout the entire process, and even through some unfortunate Covid related delays Hiran kept in contact.

Unfortunately, on the day of delivery, the table top suffered some slight damage, however Hiran was extremely quick to respond and offered a replacement within a few days.

The table and chairs are of excellent quality and I'm so pleased I took the plunge. They are exactly as I'd imagined they'd be and the website images are a true reflection of the quality. I can't fault this company and would most certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Poyta is an excellent company to work with. Ordering is simple and if you have any questions, customer services are quick to respond. Our table and bench set was delivered on time and looks great. We are happy customers.

I wouldn't normally order furniture without physically seeing it. However researching several companies selling the table & chairs I required, I took the plunge & ordered on line from Poyta. From my original enquiry, to placing the order, customer service was outstanding. I was kept informed throughout, when the original wood I had ordered could not be sourced at that time, I was given a higher grade at no extra cost.
Delivery was advised a week prior, confirmed the day before & called half an hour prior.
On delivery the table top suffered slight damage, however, Hiran, left this with me to use but would arrange a replacement to be made as soon as possible.
This was arranged & we received the replacement mid February - sooner than thought. Again, I was updated throughout, I can not praise Hiran enough.
Honest, straight forward excellent service.

We wanted a large beech table for our new kitchen dining room and the whole experience with PÖYTÄ was fantastic from start to finish. They advised on how to achieve what we wanted, great communication throughout and delivery on time. Table is beautiful and really is a centrepiece to the room. Highly recommended!
