mediocre service. rude and useless technical support

i paid around 30$ to get the most trashiest vps I ever used.

1 internet sucks
2 12gb ram feels like 50mb ram
3 support takes 3 days to reply only after I reach out to every contact then I get help
4 asked for a refund and now I'm ignored for two weeks

totally scam service I do not recommend at all

There was a malfunction in the service that I use. I opened a ticket, wrote it and didn’t expect the problem to be resolved on the same day. But literally immediately I received feedback from the operator. They informed me that they knew about the problem and were already solving it. It was nice I was surprised. A few hours later they notified that the problem had been solved. The pre-holiday mood was not spoiled by this glitch, for which many thanks to the specialists. Good luck to you.

I have been using the service since July 2022. The pricing is pretty good and everything is good in general but when it comes to communicating to the support everything turns really bad.
In particular I had 2 occasions when I had to communicate and each time it was awful.

First case took place around half a year ago when my servers were shut down without any prior notice. Only when I spoke to the support it turned out that they needed to verify some documents from me and decided to shut down my servers just in case. Really?

Second case happened now when I tried to get New Year discount which is advertised on their own website. When I tried to do so it didn't apply. The support told me that they couldn't help and the only way to apply it is to register a new account.

The online purchase and activation was very quick and smooth. I am new to VPS, choosed a wrong VPS location for my service. 2 days later, I created a support ticket in member's portal, request to change VPS location. They replied very fast, and activated the new VPS for me immediately! I am very surprised of their efficiency! I actually purchased another VPS serice before PQ. Hosting, the fees is higher, I waited for 2 days with activation pending. Can't compare with PQ. Hosting, it's the best online purchase experience ever! Recommend to everyone who need VPS service!

Excellent service! When creating a virtual machine, I forgot to select the location of the data center, contacted technical support, everything was corrected without any problems, the machine was recreated in the desired location.
