Amazing experience. Really well looked after for the 3 days mum was in. Staff were patient, kind, friendly and professional. Adi, Donna, Richard, Claire and Paul with his tea trolley looked after us. They all made mum feel at ease and we both enjoyed the food!

All the medical staff were pleasant, accommodating and helpful and informative where appropriate and necessary. It felt as though they were happy to do their jobs and they did it well.

The staff were all fantastic and took time to make me feel safe and contented. Great service

Professional and efficient ward staff who were empathetic and aware of operation and aftercare. Very supportive nurses physios and kitchen staff food served beautifully and was high quality everything tasted delicious . Nothing was any trouble and carried out with confidence and a smile.

I had a lipoma removed from my lower leg, as it was unsightly. This was carried out at Portsmouth. I had an excellent experience, my consultant Tamara Gall is amazing. I am thrilled with the result. All the staff are welcoming and professional, I cannot fault them or the care I received at every stage. I am so pleased I chose Practice Plus.

From first arrival at reception at Practice Plus Group to first appointment with Opthalmology, first cataract op, follow up appointment & 2nd cataract op everything has been brilliant. Such fantastic people. Special mentions for, Andrew Cassels-Brown, Victoria, Henrietta, Valerie, Helen(not just an assistant!!) & Tim Fok. Thank you all & those I didn't know your names.

This private Company takes work off NHS hands for a lot of taxpayers money, i was assigned to a physio even though i still thought my treatment wasnt muscle realatred it was more ligaments. I went through with the meeting and exercises and did excatly what i was told, after two months i was getting alot of pain in my arms and their was one follow up call from the physio(who when i spoke to said he would call me again. Anyway another two months have gone by now and no call back so i ring them up only to be told i had been discharged? 2 months into the 6 month treatment???
I spoke to a manager and even she said theres nothing that she could do, so dissapointed as now i have to start all over again... that appointment took over a year to get so i have wasted 1.5 years on these people trying to get fit and healthy.

I had a procedure here today and was a bit worried however the whole exam was amazing. The nurses were super professional and caring. They put me at ease and looked after me. I would highly recommend it here. 1st class treatment

Completely professional from start to finish.

first visit the place there was a stomach churning smell of urine the staff couldn’t find my appointment they didn’t put serious allergy on my record which I filled out but due to lack of attention to detail I had to stand there while they tried to find ‘the consultant’ didn’t have a clue what he was doing and the whole appointment was a waste of time
I have found a nicer one with proper competent staff I feel comfortable valued

Every single member of staff I spoke to was so warm and welcoming,from the reception,the nurses and right to the surgical team. They all made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Whole clinic was clean and fresh. Thank you all so much.

My treatment at Barlborough NHS Treatment Centre was first rate. My thanks to Mr Lovasz and his team for the Complex Total Knee Replacement procedure carried on June 17th. Thanks to the staff on Ward K who were amazing in their approach to looking after patients. Thanks to Adi for his thoughtful approach and Lorren for her kindness and smile.

Excellent service - the hospital, drs, consultants and nurses are wonderful. They are kind, considerate, very knowledgable and clearly experts. They took all fear away of the operation. Absolute kindness. Thank you very much for the care pre the operation, during my stay and the after care. Excellent Food in the hospital - especially the fruit salad !

2nd knee replacement in 6 months (both knees).Very professional and the staff couldn’t do enough on the ward for me.
