Pleasant personel and easy access.

Professional and organised.

I waited 3 hours on a scheduled doctor consultation and had to shout down the call at midnight. Didn’t receive any guidance on how to schedule a new consultation and no apologies. Then I received a option to book the vaccine in the wrong region. I live 200km from Copenhagen and have to pay for crossing the bridge twice. I try to reach out via the contact email as you can’t call this company. Maybe practico is not fit for the job. Hope someone will take action soon

Great experience, I was part of the voluntary program for vaccination in Denmark and everything went super smooth. From the online sign up, the online consultation and to the actual vaccination with professional stuff. I totally recommend Practio for any type of vaccination

Booked a covid19 vaccine with them (J&J).
Easy booking, nice video consultation with the information.
The only downside was that when I missed the first call I had to sign up again as the rebooking system didn't work well (didn't show spots).

The process was smooth and professional. From my appointment with the doctor to the vaccination day everything was easy, simple and professional. Well done Practio, well done Denmark.

I went through the process of obtaining the Johnson & Johnson shot. From sign up to vaccine took 10 days: 8 days waiting for the video consultation (which only took 3 minutes tops) and had the shot 2 days later. There was an easy online method to change to a date/time that best suited. I arrived at 13.30 on Friday and there was next to no queue due to the large number of staff on duty. The staff were very friendly and water/drinks were providing afterwards while I completed the mandatory 15 minute post-shot waiting time. Then I was on my way. I didn’t feel the needle at all during the vaccination, and 15 hours later my body shows no negative effects. Overall, an excellent process from start to finish.
