Don't rely on Prada's e-commerce. They rely on their service to DHL, but without giving you the choice to manage the information, thus, you are dependent on them. However, they don't give you any information and just ask you to have patient. When you try to ask information from there, it is different from the DHL tracking info.
Good Italian luxurious brand
Good Italian luxurious brand. I would not call any of their processes scam becaus they are very known and popular all throughout the world.
Their clothing line, the winterwear is definitely very expensive, but offers a sophisticated look and an elegant touch to your wardrobe.
Another big plus about the brand is, if you are wearing it, people will recognize you from meters(or feet) away and preemptively put you in a suitable socio-economic category
I mean, I cannot decide whether it is good or bad for people to have a prejudice for you and your economic backgorund, but if you like the concept, sure.

It’s really not though because it does not show that it’s a 1-3 business day process before your item ship. So if you order overnight shipping it can be 4 days before you get your item. So you just paid $35 extra for nothing and could just paid for 2 day shipping or free standard

Bought size prada 7 gloves to replace wifes prada size 7 gloves but on opening her present they did not fit. asked prada to replace with larger size but outside the 14 day period since receipt so prada have refused to help in any way . yes its the terms and condition of the contract technically but this is IMHO shabby and needs to be noted by anyone wanting to deal with this company - obviously i wont buy a thing from them again - my advice to anyone is avoid prada their AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WELL DOCUMENTED BY MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS ON TRUST PILOT AND BEHIND ALL THE MARKETING IS AN OUTFIT IS HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT BE REASONABLE OR CONSIDERATE

Ordered Prada pr19ws model sunglasses from one of the biggest online Italian retail company and I got the faulty sunglasses. Sunglasses sit on my face like fell from fifth floor. I was just disappointed with the quality control of Prada. If I would pay £50 for sunglasses I could say that it was just a cheap product what do I expect. But over £300 and you don't even get something past proper quality control before reach the customers.
Keep wearing the bloody shoes
Awful! Go with any other brand! Even Famous Footwear is better. We had major issues with our $1300 shoes and they didn’t do anything but told us to keep wearing the shoes that made our feet bleed and tore our socks up and one day it will get better. WHAT? See their email below stating they couldn’t care less… couldn’t even offer a coupon?
Stay away from the Scottsdale AZ location!!! Unless you want them to tell you their shoes will make you bleed for at least 10 wears 😂

No Proof of Authentication
Prada has stopped using certificates, instead they now use RFID chips via Aura. But the customers cannot use this tech at all, since prada is actively not using that tech which Aura provides. Only Prada themselves can use it in their stores. So in practice I only have a receipt as proof of authentication which can only be linked to the physical bag by color and material... What does this mean? Well, I could buy a fake Prada copy, and then sell it to someone who has no possibility to go to the Prada store, and they will have no proof that the bag is real or not... And they say that they started this to decrease the amount of fakes out there :) To compare, my Breitling has the same tech, and I can claim ownership of it so that I have a "breitling NFT", which I can sell together with the watch as a form of digital certificate. Prada has the possibility to do the same, but choses not to... Way to go Prada!
Zero Customer Service from Prada and L'Oreal - better to use a company that offers good service
My wife bought an expensive Prada eau de toilette from the duty free. It has recently stopped spraying and has a faulty aerator. I wrote to Prada, who initially passed it on to L'Oreal. They said you need to go to the retailer you bought it from, also adding that they realised it may be difficult. You don't say. I then asked them to simply send me a replacement for the top aerator bit, and I could try and replace it myself. They once again have ducked the issue and suggested I write to World Duty Free and their customer service. I came to conclusion that Prada have zero customer service, and simply fob off the customer. Hopeless.

I purchased a white tee thinking it would be worth the price (which was very expensive). I am highly disappointed with my recent experience at Prada. The shirt had two very tiny flaws in the material. Customer service asked for pictures; I sent two pictures showing the small holes. They replied that they believed it happened after arriving. Very humiliating! They were appalling with their approach and attitude.
There are many luxury and qualitative brands to chose from...Prada is not one!

We don't have a Prada store in our area so I ordered 3 leather biker type jackets over the phone. They were shipped from NYC, Chicago and Beverly Hills. I wanted to try them on and see which one I would prefer. I told them when I was ordering that I was only going to keep one and send the other two back for a refund. I was told that would not be a problem. I received them and decided to keep two of them, $5600 and $7900. I wanted to send the $7200 jacket back to Beverly Hills for a refund. When I went to cut the security tags off the 2 jackets that I was keeping I noticed they said that they couldn't be returned without the security tags on them. No problem because I was keeping them. When I went to pack the jacket I was returning I discovered that it didn't have the security tag on it. I immediately called Prada and was told that it wouldn't be a problem and they noted it. Beverly Hills store received the jacket on February 8th. Never received the refund but I did receive the jacket back when we returned from vacation last night. Over the past month I had called Prada a half dozen times about the refund. I was told that there was a glitch in their system and it would be handled.
I called this morning about receiving the jacket back and Sid (customer service) said he could read all the notes on my calls and was sending an email immediately for me to reply to and send pictures of the jacket with all 3 tags still attached to the zipper on the front of the jacket. That was almost 4 hours ago and still no email. He said he would reach back out to me if he didn't get my response with the pictures by noon today. Still nothing.
EXTREMELY disappointed
I am writing to express my disappointment with your Short Hills NJ location. If you are not the correct contact, I ask you kindly point me into the right direction.
As a Customer Care manager for a major luxury retailer, I am appalled that my boyfriend went to the Short Hills NJ location to purchase my gift of pink Prada World Cup sneakers.
He arrived at the location close to 6:45-6:50 pm on Thursday, February 23rd after he finished working. Please note, this location is not very close. He went to this location with the intent on purchasing my birthday gift. He knew exactly what he was purchasing and did not intend to shop. The security at the door advised no one is allowed in the store after 6:50 pm. He advised that he knows exactly what item he is purchasing and just needed to get it to the register. He was told again, he is unable to enter. Please take note that this location is noted as closing at 7 pm ET. I cannot understand why a sale would be turned down 10 minutes prior to closing. This brings me to believe this was a personal issue against him as there were 1 or 2 others already in the store. Therefore, what was the reason he was unable to enter?
To make the situation worse, he went back the next morning which was Friday within 2 hours of the location opening (again, this location is not close but he was told the previous day the item was available. Hence, why he went to this location) just to be told that the size needed and wanted the night prior JUST sold out the next morning for which he arrived again! This is very disheartening and extremely disappointing that customers and potential new clients to your Short Hills location would be treated this way.
I'm sure this email will go nowhere or be passed to a Customer Care advisor to respond with a template. But during these times when celebrating loved ones is crucial as many have been lost in the past years, this is how people are treated? And is this because he was a person of color?
I thank you for your attention and I will need to take this to social at this point.
