We visited the pram centre in Glasgow for the first time today, wow what an experience! So much variety and makes and models to pick from and whizz around the shop with. The shop is huge and had a great variety of car seats on display too, which was amazing.
My sister and I both needed a pram bundle and Eilidh could not have been more helpful, she spent so much time showing us a few we had picked out. How to fold, and what was included and she really knew her stuff. Nothing was a bother to her and she was very informative. So pleased she came to help us! We ended up leaving with two prams ordered and the whole experience was lovely and stress free.

Great experience. I was shopping with my mum first time pregnant, so much to choose from. A girl named Ciara beleive her name was helped us, she advised she had only been working there for a few weeks, however she seemed to know everything about the pram and demonstrated how to use it. Very happy with the service we received.

Amazing experience in the Glasgow Pram Centre. There are so many prams to choose from but the staff are so helpful to narrow it down. Would highly recommend a visit!

Went in with our daughter and grandson on Monday 6 February. Any of the staff we spoke to were really helpful and lovely to deal with. The shop is really nice and has a great variety of stuff for babies. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. Excellent customer service.

We bought a car seat, the next size up for my little boy but after two weeks it had broken (it was a 360° and wouldn't lock into place)
We came in and explained the situation and half an hour later had a brand new car seat and guaranteed that if it happens again they will replace with a different car seat all together

Went into the pram centre Monday 23rd January. We were welcomed into the store and then left to browse the huge selection on offer, which was amazing.
We approached an assistant called Lisa to ask for help and to say she was helpful is an understatement. She answered all our questions and also went above and beyond. She also demonstrated how to put a few prams up and down which was great as she done it quite happy with a smile on her face, she genuinely wanted to help & gave us first class service and is an asset to your company.
There is a lovely atmosphere in the shop, you can tell there is good camaraderie between the colleagues which is nice as it's a special time for couples either before or after their baby is born.

Great experience. Initially it was overwhelming as there was so much choice but we had some lovely help from a staff member (sorry I can’t remember your name). We explained what specifics we wanted and she was able to clearly identify several suitable prams. We ended up buying and leaving with the balios bundle which we are delighted with. I wasnt sure what expect when I arrived at the pram centre in Glasgow.Its such a lovely big ,well stocked shop with plenty of prams to choose from. We were buying a pram for my son and daughter in law and they found 1 they loved 😍 the staff are well knowledge on every make and model,we bought a beautiful pram with all the accessories for a fabulous price. So all in all a great 1st experience in the pram centre.

Our first trip to the pram centre was very overwhelming to say the least. The range they have is unbelievable. After having a look around for a while we decided to ask for some help. Elizabeth noticed we were looking a bit stressed and quickly came to our aid. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on all prams, helping to assist the layout of the prams we had chosen. We were very grateful for her help and in the end we had chosen our first pram bundle. Elizabeth made our experience much better and put our mind at ease that we had made the best choice for us.

As first time parents, the thought of picking a travel system was fairly daunting, given all the choice out there! Eilidh was fantastic though, she talked us through all of the important and varying features of the systems we had narrowed our choice down to, and was really patient and friendly. It made the whole experience a joy :)

First time attending the pram centre was a bit overwhelmed at first but spoke to Claire the store manager who put us at ease straight away and explained everything to us and gave really good advice!
We had a very good experience all thanks to Claire.

Me and my sister are both pregnant and were helped by 2 wonderful girls, Ava and Erin. They could answer all of our questions and did it all with a smile!

Such a great variety of prams on offer and so many lovely staff around to help you.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the pram centre for all of your baby needs!

Just sat an waited for about 20/30 minutes at the car seat section right at the desk not seen by anyone asked for help was told 2 secs still standing there for another 5/10 minutes joke ! Customer service 0/10 Spend your money elsewhere

If I’m being honest, nothing prepared me for the Pram Centre. It’s was huge, with so much choice, I found it a bit over whelming walking in as a first time mum. However, once Eilidh came to help advise, she really saved the day. She spent so much time with us, showing us options, answering our queries and demonstrating. I could not fault her fantastic customer service and her help was very much appreciated. We’ve ordered our pram for collection at the beginning of April! I really do think she helped us make the right choice. So thank you Eilidh!

This was the second time we had visited Glasgow pram centre. The girls were so helpful with us choosing our pram, Carly ran us through how it folds and works, whilst talking us through the pros and cons of the two prams we had choosen. Lisa then took over and was so good at price matching the deal we found else where. We had our 6 year old daughter with us and the staff made her feel so included in the whole process.

Hayley could not have done anymore for us picking our pram. Very knowledge about all the products and shared her own personal experiences. Helped us select exactly what we looking for and what was going to be best for our baby. She wasn’t pushy she gave us space to think about options and was fantastic throughout.

The sales person helped us to pick what we were looking for and guided us to buy the best. The sales person are very friendly and kind. The store was very neatly maintained and had amazing collection.

Can only speak from experience but the after care of this company is shocking. Yes they will take your money . We paid over £400 for a good reliable stroller and after we had teething problems they didn't want to know. They didn't respond to emails and were constantly being fobbed off with the repair technician isn't available.

We then went straight to the manufacturer who couldn't be more helpful. But low and behold what held the replacement up was the non communication at the Pram Store End. Be aware they will take your money and smile but after that you mean nothing to them. AVOID....
