Very friendly and helpful staff. Talked us through a wide range of prams for our newborn and helped us find the right 1 which was affordable to us. Could have tried to convince us to go for a dearer model but they were very considerate of our budget.

Couldn’t fault the pramcentre at all! We bought our pram originally from another pram shop and the service was shocking. After multiple issues we cancelled our order and after recommendations from friends we travelled from Perth to Glasgow. From the first 5 minutes we knew we’d made the right choice. I was heavily pregnant and was offered a seat and a bottle of water while one of the girls (can’t remember her name but she was lovely) showed me all the features of the 3 prams I was torn between. We eventually decided on the Emmaljunga Mondial De Lux but the chassis I wanted was discounted. No issue for the team as they let us purchase the display one which was in perfect condition and we even received a discount. When we picked up our pram a few weeks later due to a mix up we didn’t receive our seat unit with our order. Again, not an issue for the team as our seat unit was found and courier posted out to us and was at our house less than 48 hours later! We are delighted with our pram and our son loves it also. We recommend the pram centre to everyone we know!

I was blown away with the service from Erin.
She was assisting me giving a demonstration of how the pram I was interested in folded ect and she offered me a seat and a bottle of water as it was very hot in store and I was struggling with the heat! I thought this was such a kind gesture. From that moment on I knew I’d made the best decision in buying my pram from her from this store in moments that followed. She explained everything in detail about the Uppababy pram I really liked and about her experience in working with the brand during the baby show. She was able to offer insight to functions that the pram included that I wasn’t even aware of. She was extremely helpful and was able to show me how to fit the car seat in my own car and this was really useful. I travelled from my hometown of Perth and I would recommend anyone to visit the store. The store offered amazing choice of brands and products, bundle deals and excellent service. Erin was incredibly helpful and deserves all the credit for the amazing customer service I received from her.

Travelled down from Aberdeen for the day to visit the Pram Center and were blown away by the amount of models to chose from. Whilst looking at prams, a member of staff named Yvonne (absolute gem) kindly helped show us different options and sorted out our bundle purchase. Very happy with the store/staff, would definitely recommend.

Had a really good service from the staff in-store. Had our heart set on a particular pram and Erin was full of really useful knowledge to help us pick the right pram for us. Will be recommending to other couples :)

Came in to Glasgow pram centre to look for a pram, Abbie was more than helpful showing us demonstrations of each pram we looked and alsp explained really well and clearly on the changing of each unit that comes with the prams. Settled on the Venicci Tinum 2.0 and couldn't be more happy with her service :)

Bought my travel system from the pram centre from the baby event. The staff were very helpful and can wait for the items to arrive in time for baby's arrival :)

Abbie was absolutely brilliant with me, my mum and my sister. She was so knowledgeable with the prams we were looking at and she was so polite and professional. We’ll be back next week and hope to see her!

Visited the centre on the 07/01/2022.
Was amazed at the variety of stock and makes that were available.
It was also good to be able to take the ones on show and move them about, fold them etc.
Found one we liked and the girl who helped us was fantastic. She explained all about the system we were getting and what was included in the package. She also showed us how to fold it amd attach the car seat to the chassis.

This was my first experience at the pram centre and was not really sure what to expect. I was blown away with the products they had and the amazing range the had to offer. We were served by Julie who was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout our time in the shop, nothing was to much trouble. We managed to get everything we needed from a pram, car seat to all bedroom furniture. This was all then place on order for delivery on a date that suited us best. We had the best experience with an amazing service and amazing products.

We went to the pram centre having two prams in mind. The range of prams they have is incredible. We were able to look around without being bombarded by staff and when we did have questions and wanted to compare the two, Abbie was great and very knowledgeable of each pram we had questions about. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a pram to come here. My experience was a very happy one, the staff was very welcoming and very helpful I managed to find a pram that suited myself not just my baby.

The experience at the pram centre caused mixed feelings. When we asked for help with details of the pram we were interested in, the girl was most helpful and directed us to the check out but was called away when she was inputting the order. It was left for the other lady at the check out to complete. Fair enough but she was finishing her sale with another couple. This made a long waiting time with a big queue forming. Centre was good but needs more at the tills.

It was fantastic day! Spent few hours in store but it was worth! Amazing staff helped us choose amazing pram. We are so grateful. We can highly recommend pramcentre for all parents!
