TERRIBLE PRODUCT!! This would be zero stars, if that was an option. I have not received my order though the tracking says it was delivered. They responded to my first email by asking me to confirm my email address, and after that I have heard nothing. I am now pursuing it with my credit card company. BE MINDFUL & DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Emailed several times never heard back from them in any way shape or form. I inquired where their products were sourced from and what the process was (curious about sustainability). I inquired about their logistics from source to customer (how many different hands (mindsets) have touched them. Not a single response. Their discount codes typically expire in 24 hrs and they rush your shopping experience (24hr discount code, emptying your shopping cart as a threat for not buying on the spot).

These Malas are not sacred...they are tainted, not ecosustainably sourced, and surrounded by negative energy. DO NOT BUY from them...trust your gut (Intuition, 2nd Brain) something is NOT RIGHT with this company.

I would give them NO STARS. No Customer Service and phone number given is never answered. Tons of complaints have been filed with BBB against them. I ordered jewelry that I never received. Good luck trying to contact them. Rip off. When you post negative comments they will delete them. RUN FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

Wish I could give this company a zero. It's been months and item still hasnt arrived. Never answers emails, so disappointing

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered a bracelet and yoga pants in May....They were for a gift in June!!! The bracelet FINALLY came in August after about 10 emails trying to find where the items where. I am STILL waiting on the yoga pants. The company when contacted, which is about 20 times are not helpful and have no idea where my pants are! RUN from this company!

Wish I would have read all the reviews before I made a purchase, my visa was charged immediately and its been a month later and I still have no bracelet and no refund. Extremely disappointing in this company and myself for not doing my research before making a purchase. Didn't think ordering a bracelet online would be such a bad transaction.

Would never recommend.

I am very upset with the customer service I am receiving, I’ve sent multiple emails with only one response from Anna who apparently has no plan on taking care of my issues

Very unprofessional customer service. I bought two sets of bracelets. They were too big. It took three emails and two Instagram messages for someone named Anna to reply. I returned the bracelets three weeks ago and I have yet to receive my refund nor a reply to the two more emails I sent inquiring of when I will receive my refund. Will never deal with Prana Heart again.

I received my order quickly and I am satisfied with their product, and communication.

I ordered a bracelet on Jan 4th and it took over 2 weeks to receive it and that was after I attempted to email them and they said it was in the mail and it should be delivered the day by post office and it was still 2 more days before I received it. I saw that my payment was taken out of my account right away. I decided I was not happy with the bracelet and want to return it but there is no receipt in package it came in. Their return policy said there has to be a receipt in order to return this . I looked online to see if there was more info on return policy and I ended up on Prana Jewelry which is a legitimate sight and they told me that Pranheart was mimicking them and many customers had been contacting them by mistake or returning jewelry thinking they were in the right company.
Now I feel like I have to cancel my credit card to be safe .
Do not order from this sight ,Pranaheart, because they are not completely honest.

BUYER BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY! ordered a gift and per their delivery terms, should have had it within 5 business days from shipping. It has been in pre-shipping status for 2 weeks now. They debited my account right away!!!. Have sent so many emails and just get formatted auto responses. Wish I would've read these first. I am asking for a refund now and no response. Legal action next!!

No phone number. No customer service to contact directly. Emails very poor. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund . I sent the items back and have not heard from them since. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I was scared when I read some of these reviews after I had placed a pretty big order (7 malas and 3 bracelets). But everything is as I expected. Pretty beads and I love the weight and the stone feel of them. I am excited to wear these and to give them as gifts. Shipping wasn’t the fastest ever but was within the realm of reasonable. Will definitely order again.

Getting the runaround about shipping. They sent an email stating one cancelled item had been refunded. It has NOT. Two phone calls and two emails later-NO RESPONSE getting a bad feeling about this company. I will pursue it as I’m in the legal profession

I am surprised with the amount of bad reviews. I bought two items, monitored their shipments with the tracking token I received and all went well. The tracker was accurate to the day they arrived! I don't know where the other ppl are based but for context I'm in Southern Ontario, Canada.
I'm still wearing both as bracelets ( I got the tiger eye and the Sea sediment |Jasper Howlite mala bracelets) and I love them. Looking at making a next purchse soon.

SCAM! I bought 3 items. Two were plastic beads!!! I paid $75 for plastic shipped from China! When I posted - multiple times about this, they didn’t respond in surprise or remorse! They offered me a discount on my next order!!! Didn’t even address the problem! I post on their FB page and they delete my comments!!! Do NOT buy!

I have STILL not received my item from them and it has been weeks. “Anna” keeps emailing me advising me she will have ‘shipping’ send it out immediately. They are full of unprofessional promises. I have had to freeze my debit card for fear they are frauds! Seriously ridiculous.

I purchased a mala from their site, which took nearly a week to ship out. I wore it three times before the elastic string snapped (without any effort on my part), sending beads and fillers everywhere. When I reached out to contact them on their site (the contact form is really hard to find), I never heard back from them. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company AND filing a complaint with the BBB against them.

Do not do business with this company. They do not respond if there is a problem which is unacceptable. They also will not give you the money back if you return it even with proof of delivery.

Horrible company - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - they charged my account and never shipped the items. It took many, many e mails to get them to FINALLY respond and ship my items. No phone number or way to contact them is a RED FLAG as previous reviewer stated. Now I don’t even like the items and am trying to return them. I have e mailed them 25 times over three weeks and they DO NOT RESPOND.
