I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Rule of thumb: if the vendor lists no email or phone number, that's a red flag. I ordered a bracelet several weeks ago, the money was deducted from my account but I received no confirming email and so I have no order number to refer to, but there is no one to contact anyway, and all I can do is leave email messages on their website, which I have done three times now and have received no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

A few minutes after posting this review and sending them a final, nasty message on their website, I received the following text: "Your order #___ from Prana Heart: Everyday Mindfulness has been refunded for $16.98." Still, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Very happy with the product when it finally arrived. Delivery was slow (took several weeks to arrive due to them having a lot of orders apparently) and the tracking numbers did not link to anything which was odd and made me apprehensive. The company responded to my emails in a timely manner. The Mala arrived in great condition and I was happy with the quality. I had it inspected by a professional jeweller who confirmed it is genuine amethyst - not glass or plastic beads.

They stole my money. I wrote on their Facebook page and they deleted it immediately and blocked me.

they are the worst company ever. They are a fraud and a rip off. I have never received my bracelet after contacting them 3 times. It has been over a month since I ordered the bracelet. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB. I have contacted my bank so they can report them as a fraud. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

TOTAL SCAM SITE...UNFOURTUNATELY ORDERED GIFTS...NO GIFTS ..NO COMMUNICATION....BUT CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD...LOOK ONLINE SO MANY SAYING THE SAME.....I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH FTC....SOMEONE PLEASE REPORT ON FACEBOOK TO STOP THEM..I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT.......

10 days later, no item I paid for. Email from someone named Anna said it shipped 3 days ago and USPS just hasn’t updated their system. USPS tracks shipments every step of the way. Stood in line—the post office checked—again—and confirmed that the label was generated, but no package has been received. My experience matches so many other complaints. I advise never to buy from this company or you’ll never see your product or your money again. My next step is, like so many others, the BBB.

I have ordered several bracelets from them ,and had no issues. The quality was of high standards. Love them so much and get a lot of complements on them.I will continue to purchess these products. Thank You Donna Platt

I have been trying to return a bracelet for over a week with no success. It did not resemble the picture portrayed. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 bracelets. They arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. The bracelets are pretty however not what was depicted in the pictures. I’ve been trying to return them for 2 weeks now.

Finally got Anna to answer. Told me to fill out the link and let her know when completed. Emailed her 5xs after that; however she’s disappeared and will not answer my emails. At this point I’m Leary to return them because I feel I will never get a refund processed. I will be out bracelets and money.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND PRANAHEART. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Don't order from Prana Heart

Ordered a necklace/bracelet on April 30th for a very special birthday. It said on check out that it would ship within 3 days and arrive within 7. Nope. It's 10 days later and nothing. I have e-mailed Prana Heart 4 times. No response. When you call, it says there isn't anyone available to take your call. It's as if the company doesn't exist. However, they were able to charge my card IMMEDIATELY. That part of their business works exceedingly well. I am 3 days away from the very special birthday event, with no special gift in hand. Thaks Prana Heart.

I ordered the bracelet and it's really nice. Great quality. It took about a week to arrive. I was sent an email when it went out for delivery and another email when it arrived.

Ordered a bracelet from these guys- top quality. They received a lot of orders so the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but in the end it was well worth it. Thank you!

I have been waiting weeks for my delivery - over $150... just apologies and excuses. No action. No delivery. Now Anna is not even bothering to reply to my emails1

They take your money and don't supply the goods. Then they block you. If you read other reviews you'll see the product is rubbish anyway.

I ordered a 108 bead Mala bracelet, read about the 100% satisfaction blah blah blah. Received my beads, they look okay but there are only 107 beads. For many reasons, if you use Mala beads it is VERY important that there be 108 beads. Contacted Prana Heart, no answer. I persisted and was finally told that if I returned the beads and got another that it was highly possible to receive another piece without the correct amount of beads, and "would I be happy" with a 25% refund? I wrote back with the full explanation as to why 108 beads was expected and was met with an "okay" here's a link to start the refund process. The process explains that I am to pay shipping and that they will then DECIDE IF I AM ELIGIBLE for a refund???? Done with them...but will now make it my job to warn others.

I ordered two Mala bracelets in April 2016. I was told my order shipped, but it was not received by me. The items were reordered, and again stated as delivered, but not received. I asked to have my money refunded, then communications with this company ceased. I contacted the FTC, and reported this company. I still do not have the bracelets I ordered, and still have not had money refunded. If I could give a negative star rating, I would!

Gemstones are fake, painted beads. The paint is peeling off my "obsidian" and tiger's eye bracelet.

Have ordered 5 bracelets now with no problem. Last one my text said shipped December 10th, and as of today, nothing. I have emailed them 7-8 times now with nothing. First time around a woman named Anna was getting right back to me, but now?????????? They do have my $$$$ of course, but no merchandise!

Purchased items over 2 weeks ago, has not been shipped, even though it ships with in 5 days. Charged credit card... won't reply back to my messages., and has blocked me from leaving any post on FB , because I left a reply on one of there prawna heart post letting people know my situation, And they deleted my comment. I'm going to do research to see what people can do in these situations. This is crap...

I ordered 2 malas a month ago and have not received either bracelet. The first two inquiries I sent did not receive replies. Afterwards, I received replies with apologies and promises of "ship very soon" with no timeline about what "soon" means to them. The corker is that your cc is charged at time of order, not time of shipment which is how most reputable companies operate. Very disappointed.
