We have now realised that when we set up the promotion in our system it wasn't set up properly, which then unfortunately cancelled the free product for our customers that ordered during the promotion. Now-8/7/23 the update is the free item is cancelled. No order update or refund offered.

Unprofessional experience
Changed probiotics formula with no warning seemingly and no reasoning in the information. Even worse their live chat didn’t know why!! And to add insult to injury their automatic response when writing to the email address suggests using live chat for answers. Not very professional. I’m new to the company but not sure I can trust them now

We are so sorry to hear about your recent experience with our customer service team and the live chat. We haven't changed our formulation we have both the 'Original' version and a 'Plus Calcium' version of Alflorex® available on Amazon and now also on our website as well.
This may have been why our Customer Service team didn't know about a formulation change as there hasn't been one. We'll make sure they are aware of this in case the question comes up again.

The Alflorex supplement is a fantastic gut repair tablet . I suffered from an ulcer for many years and after taking Alflorex for a few months my symptoms disappeared . I would highly recommend it !! when the gut is repaired it helps everywhere else in the body .

I like Alflorex
I like Alflorex, but I am having to use the chewable tablet form because the original formulation was changed to add calcium as a prebiotic (which doesn't agree with me). I'm not sure the chewable versions are as effective, and the artificial sweetener might be a problem

Alflorex was advised to me by a dietician to help with IBS. After 3 years of trying everything I thought I would try them as the reviews that I read were really positive. They arrived promptly and I started taking them straight away. For the first 9 days I felt great and thought they were the answer to all my problems!! However day 10-13 I had really bad cramps bloating couldn't sleep headache it was awful so I reluctantly stopped taking them. I will start again in a few weeks and give them another try. I am now weaning myself off Amitriptyline as not sure if they contributed to the reaction I had. Really disappointed that I had to stop but am willing to try them again and see how they go.
