After not good at start
After not good at start, complaint to my insurance co. Things bucked up.

The consultant was very professional
The consultant was very professional, and did not just concentrate on the complaint but also on future issues. The consultant was also concerned about the mental issues around the complaint.

Experts provided
Experts provided, particularly the first one provided inaccurate reports, first refused to take on board my comments/corrections. They took little at interview and first one (who was not used by solicitors) particularly did not read medical records before interview. Both did not even discuss effects of accident.

Awful company with zero organisation and communication, will blatantly lie and say you didn’t attend appointments that were never made, will lie about requesting medical records and leave you to do their job for them. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Thee experience was good. A bit slow to get aan appointment but specialist I saw was Charming, Informative, patient. a very good experience. a bit far from where I leave I left home 10.00 and return at 15.15 a long day traveling but the choice of specialist was excellent.Thank you very much

My experience
For me personally, getting an appointment to see my intended professional, accepting the agreed booking slot and the psychologist that I spoke to were 5 stars. However, 2stars for the location as it was hard to find. the parking was poorly signed and nothing local to the building. Also, the property was not signed posted well on how to gain access, waiting area was cold damp and uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, he had none of my medical reports as they’ve not been sent to him and he was double booked on all appointments and my appointment wasn’t one that he knew about
