Extremely helpful gentleman call Ahmed sorted my problem out extremely quickly and courteously. The issue was entirely my fault and he was very gracious my delivery is now on its way many thanks Ahmed.

So far, so good. Jafar was polite and professional on the phone when we arranged an earlier delivery (at a charge). All good. Hoping that the delivery will be good too.

Jafar Ali. From customer service was excellent, understood our challenges and change my delivery for a later window which made all the difference for our day during house moving. Spoke to customer service three times and they always call me back within 10 to 20 minutes.

Easy to navigate website and place an order. I was contacted the following day with a choice of delivery date within a week of ordering. Rahman Khan was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jafar Ali couldn't have been more helpful, he changed my delivery date and arranged for the bed to be installed. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. i could not be happier.

Had to amend delivery date due to change in circumstance. Date was changed immediately to a more suitable time for us. 5 star Customer Service from Jafar.

Very good experience with the delivery team of my king size bed. Jafar Ali, took only 15min to assembly the bed, that’s was a “wow” for me. Quick, on time, good communication, and professional service.

Vote them below 1 star. A shame that there is no option to select below 1 star. Absolutely awful service. I paid £30 extra for this delivery and it definitely was not worth it. An absolute scam! And the delivery staff are lazy and the office is extremely rude and unhelpful. When you speak to them about payment they sound very helpful and ask exactly where you want your delivery (so I said garden). Then when they arrived, they just dumped my garden furniture in the front door and said that they didn’t agree to put it in the garden. Just appalling service. DO NOT ever use them.

Absolutely rubbish service, ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk. The delivery stated was free, however for the next available date started asking for £30. Absolutely rubbish customer service

A big Thank you to Abdul Rahman for the amazing and reassuring service from start to end delivery. He also kindly offered the additional service to install the bed too (which as it was a divan , we were happy to do it ourselves). Thank you for being so helpful!

I had a bed delivered and they were the closest courier. I paid for delivery to room, they sent one driver, who took the bed upstairs causing significant damage to my walls, knocking wall art ofd smashing it, took chips out the wall. The driver said nothing. I called the company whilst he was there, he refused to give me a name, I refused to sign and asked him to speak to the company to report damage and he walked out the door. I then emailed the company like they said to do so, who replied saying the driver denys it, I didnt report it whilst he waa there still. I went back with ring door bell footage of him leaving, along with my phone log proving the call was made whilst he was in my house. They replied the exact same message of he denys it and I didnt report it on time, I then emailed evidence of the signature being added to confirm delivery again after he left my house, again they replied the same message.. poor customer service i have taken it further to a claims company as Im not paying for all their damages

If I could I would give no stars at all. Extremely rude customer service accusing customer to be the liar although there is black and white proof, on top of this shouting and absolutely not listening to what the customer is trying to say. The delivery men also unhelpful and just absolutely disgusting customer service.

Bed delivery postponed for 2 days on the initial delivery date.
Only notified at last moment having prepared for delivery, getting up early and having to do it again. Unable to contact delivery service with email supplied. Items missing from divan set.

This is what all delivery companies should aspire to be like.
A telephone number that is answered quickly by a competent human.
Emails sent with delivery date/time.
Able to narrow down the delivery window on the day (obviously pending traffic etc).
Live updates on the day.
Phone you when they are nearing you.
Perfect.
