Couldn't be more furious with this company. Their sales team do a fab job, but that's about where it ends. They get you hooked, get your direct debit set up, then they abandon you. I started the course, but it was mostly just memorising and regurgitating body parts (yes, its important, but I wasn't learning anything really) and mostly weird ineffective warmups and workouts. I work a full time job, and was assured that I had months to complete the course, and didn't have to attend the lectures live. Over Christmas I fell behind by a few weeks, and by the time I caught up and had questions about the assignments, all the tutors had 'gone on holiday'. I emailed the account they recommended and it consistently bounced... called, was constantly told 'someone will get back to you' (never did)... I even tracked down the tutors instagram, and even that was a dead end! before anyone had ever got back to me, I logged in again and couldnt access anything, it had expired! It's been nearly a year now, and I have been constantly batted away. Obviously I cancelled my direct debit, and of course, someone came calling for my money...when I explained what happened, they said 'a supervisor will contact you soon'... which they never have! I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman because the way this company conducts their business is HIGHLY unethical, I have paid nearly £1500 for absolutely nothing of any value, and I want that back! It will also affect my credit rating to not pay back the rest... STOP IGNORING ME

I honestly don't believe the good reviews on here about them, I have been stunned by their lack of communication, as well as their poor quality syllabus

There isn't much communication when in the meetings with the lecturers (you can't turn on facecam and voice chat) and the open book exams are a breeze, not a real challenge.

The PT course is such a great course so far, I have completed level 2 and really enjoyed it, good coverage of content and have learnt so much with the help of my tutor. Suhail has been SO SO helpful and quick to respond, pointed me in the right direction and provided support wherever needed. If your choosing your tutor I definitely recommend choosing Suhail.

Really enjoyed myself doing this course. It has really helped me to hone in on my own training methods and utilise different training systems that I wasn’t aware about before. Additionally this has also helped me to bring this knowledge forward and aid in the training journeys of others too. Really would recommend doing it to anyone who wishes to become a Personal trainer.

Excellent customer service, and great student support. Premier Global not only provides the course material which is very good, from my perspective especially for the OPT model, but also goes extra mile to ensure the learning process is efficient and pleasant. My query was solved swiftly by Ross, which made things simple and dealt with my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. On many other occasions during the course the tutors have been really helpful and supportive. I highly recommend Premier Global NASM both for course material and customer service.

Very happy with the service provided by Alsida Bajramaj representing NASM, she helped me to get enrolled on the the level 3 PT course and the NASM nutritional coach course. Not only did she help me begin an important and life changing career/ journey, she made me feel right at home and gave me the courage and motivation to achieve what I’ve set out to do. She helped me decide which was the best educational option for me, and was genuine and talked and advised me asif i were a good friend! I’m excited to begin my journey with NASM. They seem professional in all areas, maybe once i have completed my course i will write another review! Thankyou.

My experience with Nassm was brilliant. I really enjoyed the course and it was really interesting and good value for the money . I found the student support help line very good especially with ROSS I get a lot of help from him and he is a nice person to talk to and easy to speak to. Overall I was happy. Hopefully soon I will take more courses with NASSM.

Shaun Robinson was fantastic help getting my son through the last stages of his L2 & L3 personal training. Shaun was patient and professional in his explanations to ensure the requirements were understood.

Premier global Did nothing to solve problem on their side.

Since my last feedback nothing is changed. Premier global just did nothing even if they promised to solve their problems.

No trust anymore. Months and nothing positive happened .

Really shame, they definitely lost me as a client.

And yes, customer service doesn’t do anything. Even if they promised to do time after time. They just forget about problems and ignore you.

If you are serious about your training, then I would be better to choose provider who actually interested in learners they deal with.

Thank you for your ‘standard’ and ‘repeated’ response. Even if I was reached by a member of team, the problem is still NOT SOLVED.
Considering your standard repeated response without any kind of personalised approach or desire to goose the issue, I can confirm that as for now the issue isn’t resolve at all. And pls, stop using this banality like covid-excuses… it seams only you still use this triviality. You experience problem without any external factors.
Regarding efficiency - I can confirm that the issue isn’t solved at all for the last 3 month. And yes, reason - because you just don’t do anything to try to resolve your internal issues.

29.11.2021 - the problem finally us resolved. Thanks to Ross and his gigantic effort and extra mile in successful resolution of problems. He was the only who did his job properly and correctly.

I started my course with premier global just before the pandemic hit and found it very hard to get motivated during these times, i have had ross helping me throughout this course to keep me motivated and help with anything I need. premier global ross is a massive credit to your company, he is very understanding and has helped me with anything I have needed to help me progress. I have had phone calls and emails with him and there is not one thing he has not helped me with.

I completed level 2,3 personal training course with premier global. They are very supportive and patient , I am happy with the result. And took 3 more course with them, definitely recommending them .

My tutor Suhail was really helpful and supportive. Content and webinar delivery was professional and relevant Some of the processes and documentation are a little bit difficult to navigate but on the whole a really good online course.

been trying to finish my course and Ross has been extremely helpful friendly and motivating. I felt like giving up and he gave me the encouragement to carry on. His customer service skills were fantastic it was a pleasure speaking to him.

My experience on the course has been both a great pleasure and one of great learning. Doing course work of any kind is not easy for me not only because I of a slight older age but also because any academic work of any kind very difficult for me.
Saying that you have made it easier your on line setup is very easy to follow. But much more important than that its your team everybody is so willing to help and you are only a phone call or e-mail away. I must also say how much of a difference all your tutors make they are just great. In fact I cannot fault my experience in anyway.
