The staff have always been patient with my questions, encouraging during my searches, efficient in their communications, and prompt in their actions. Premier was recommended and after getting in touch it was 2 years before my property was ready for marketing.
During this time they were responsive to questions and helped with much more than just the sale of my flat. They were generous with their knowledge of buying and selling, the different stages in the process and helped with each step.
When ready for marketing it all happened within a few days. Communication was good and their experience was apparent.
My flat sold in just over a week with an offer much higher than I had hoped. Premier checked things out to minimise the risk of the sale falling through and offered their experience right up to keys being passed on. Everything went smoothly. They took the stresses and uncertainty away.
I would definitely recommend them.

I choose Premier Properties as they were near to my location. Marlene Crooks the receptionist was very good as I am a profoundly deaf person, she understands and communication was not a problem.
Stephen Kiernan, the housing salesman was very advisable to me on what merits of selling, as I was in two minds either to fix up or leave as is. He said to leave as is it was up to me to decide, I decided to leave as is. Stephen got a lot of interest from buyers, they wanted to buy the house but some couldn't get mortgage, others said no driveway, others said too much work. Stephen did his best and got it sold at a very good price. it's all thank to Premier Properties, they did to their best and am very satisfied with their service. Had no problems communicating through e-mails. Thanks

I've had ongoing problems with my boiler resulting in no heating or hot water. This has been going on for almost a year and tonight I'm very cold and I can't bathe my 20 month old daughter. No resolution has come from the company. Disappointed and upset is a huge understatement.

This company has a similar name & slightly different spelling, i posted a review believing it was the other company. Hopefully it’s now removed & posted this in its place
