A bunch of you that are looking at this…

A bunch of you that are looking at this now are probably thinking one of 2 things, should I just go for it or worried because they've heard nothing back from the page. I first read through the other reviews on Christmas day and was skeptical about buying the tops in the site, I just went for it and bought 2 ireland tops. On the site itself it states that it could take up to 14 postal days so I was fine with that. About 2 days ago, I was worried that I'd been scammed or thar it just never went through, but sure enough they arrived today. The quality of these jerseys feels just like the actual thing and they even include tags on the items to make them look more authentic. All in all. The support side of things wasn't great, but the products themselves have made up for the waiting time. If you don't mind the wait, go for it. I'm ready to buy more

Scam - no response for months

I ordered a top in November and no word from the company, no response via email or phone number to contact.

Company is a scam who won't refund so you'll have to contact your bank to report.

Scam - 0/5 stars if I could.

Scam. Would give 0/5 if I could. Emailed premier retros @ gmail. com dozens of times, messaged on Facebook and instagram. Nothing. Nothing after the money was taken. Clearly a scam - don’t use it.

Will continue to hound via email to push for a response or at the least, block their inbox.

Avoid! 3 months and still nothing…

Avoid! I ordered a shirt on the 5th October and STILL no sign of it. The customer service is non existent and I’ve given up hope of either receiving a shirt or getting a refund. I’ve emailed for updates and have asked for a refund but haven’t received a response.

Go elsewhere unless you want to lose your money.

Ordered despite the reviews, regretted it instantly

Ordered on the 28th of November despite the reviews on here as finding the fluminese 08 kit anywhere has proven difficult. Estimated delivery time was 14 days & guaranteed before christmas. It’s now the 11th of Jan and there’s no sign of it and have recieved no response to email. I knew the risks so can’t really complain but would say avoid ordering if you are looking to recieve actual goods in exchange for your money.

AVOID

Everything about my experience has been appalling. I ordered a shirt from this site 4 months ago and when it eventually arrived it was the wrong shirt. I returned it as instructed and a month later the replacement hadn't arrived.

After wrongly claiming it hadn't been returned then realising their mistake when I sent proof of the tracking receipt they assured me the shirt I originally ordered would be with them within the week and dispatched quickly. That was 2 months ago and since then they have totally blanked all attempts to get in touch. This is a huge disappointment as it is a site that really appealed to me and I am not usually the kind of person to leave a bad review (and I was happy to give the benefit of the doubt to the original mistake) but I can honestly say this is among the worst customer service I have ever experienced given the first mistake and now ignoring multiple emails over the last 2 months and the 1 star is 1 more than they deserve.

Premier Retros not fit for purpose. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a shirt on the 21/11/23. Website stated orders placed before 28/11/23 would be guaranteed in time for Christmas. It’s the 9th of January and I am yet to receive my order. I have sent several emails asking for an update about my order but there has been no correspondence from Premier Retros. I have also messaged their social media pages. This company is not fit for purpose and their customer service is abysmal. I will be contacting trading standards if my order doesn’t arrive within the next week.

Ordered a shirt on the 17th November…

Ordered a shirt on the 17th November emailed on the 11th of December for a update on order no answer to my email sent ten emails since with no reply at all got in touch with PayPal yesterday 9th of January for a refund and just received a email from Premier retros saying I'm getting a refund this is the second time I've tried to order from Premier retros now both with the same outcome refunds I didn't think I would get burnt twice more fool me

Placed an order on the 15th of December…

Placed an order on the 15th of December for a Christmas present for my dad fully aware it might not arrive in time but the level of professionalism he has shown is shocking with regards to my order and many others is not acceptable, if you are reading this review and others DO NOT buy from his website as he is a scammer , I will now have to call up my bank to try and get my money back that I went out and hard earned for Christmas presents .

Run by a fool, who has no idea what he's doing.

Ordered on the 4th December, fully aware that I may not receive by Christmas. However I at least expected delivery by now. I have reached out to this company on multiple occasions and the fool Paul Retro on Facebook who owns the company, and still to this day I've had no correspondence.

This company is an absolute shambles, I like to give companies the benefit of doubt, however this is just such poor form from Paul.

If I were you and you've ordered from Premier Retros I'd contact your bank and raise a chargeback claim.

Company is run by a fool who clearly has no business acumen.

Ordered on 26th November for "guaranteed" delivery before Christmas, received no confirmation email, and no response to any email thereon. Put in a refund request through Paypal, responded next day, lmao, next man is a joke, avoid Premier Retros like the plague and pay more for better quality somewhere else that knows how to run a business instead of this circus.

Awful customer experience - Avoid

Awful customer experience. Placed an order on 24th November which was "guaranteed" to arrive in time for Christmas. I left it until the 16th December to send an email chaser as I had not heard anything and had not received anything. I did have a reply the next day saying that it would be "likely to be dispatched" on the 18th for midweek delivery. I then heard nothing again until the 20th when apparently the order had been completed and dispatched. Fast forward to now and I have still not received anything despite guaranteed Christmas delivery.

I requested a refunded on 23rd December as i then safely assumed it would not arrive in time (as it was supposed to be a gift i had to scramble around last minute for something else instead). I have only just heard back about this now despite many chasers, and this is the response I received, copied and pasted..

"Im no scammer pal, all payment methods are 100% secure and I have completed over 35k orders!!
Your order was unfortunately delayed by customs and outwith our control. It is here now but as your being nasty and rude, you will be be refunded immediately.
My sole purpose during this very busy period is to complete orders, not to answer the same daily emails from impatient customers. I am dealing with 5x normal order volume with 2 members of staff. I’m not JD sports mate we are a very small business.
99% of all orders made in November were completed in time for Xmas.
No doubt you’ll be leaving a negative comment in trustpilot anyway, crack on pal. It makes no odds to me as I know how good my service is."

Just to confirm I was never "nasty" or "rude". An example email from me to prove this - "At this point I do not believe my order is going to arrive prior to Christmas. It has not arrived and I have not heard anything back from you. I would therefore like to request a refund as soon as possible."

All they needed to do was be honest and up front about the delay I would have accepted it, but the complete lack of response and now putting the blame on me is ridiculous. Literally unbelievable how unprofessional this company are, avoid like the plague.

Ordered on 19th November

Ordered on 19th November. No answer to emails requesting when it would arrive after 28 days. The Shirt arrived on Christmas Eve in the wrong size, received a medium instead of XL!!
So disappointed. It was a Christmas present for my husband.
I emailed on 24th December and asked for a replacement but no correspondence what’s so ever so far!
I would avoid at all costs! No customer service shocking
