Avoid avoid avoid..ordered on Nov 12th to ensure delivery for Christmas, received an email that day to say my order was being processed. Have heard nothing since, despite emailing and facebook messaging. Money gone from my account though.
Very disappointing.

Ordered a Bulgarian shirt for my dad for Christmas on the 25th of November and it arrived today. The shirt if good quality however it doesn’t look like a large it looks more like a medium and we only got an update when it was posted so the communication was a little bit poor. But overall I am happy and me and brother like it very much. I am definitely considering ordering another shirt form here again for me aswell!!

Placed order on 28th November in line with Christmas delivery window (assuring delivery for Christmas) no order dispatch, no reply to two emails asking for an update… stay clear!!

Order never arrived, don't reply to any emails and no other way to contact them...Scam , take payment then nothing..stay well clear of premier retros

Excellent quality and good price.
I was a bit dubious after reading some reviews, however ordered as they looked the best replica shirts our there. Everton shirt arrived which took about 5 weeks. It's great quality and very precise replica of original which I remember fondly. I would definitely recommend this company, just need to be prepared to wait for it like everyone says. I have to admit there is zilch customer service as I received no reply from an email I sent after 4 weeks and there is no phone number but I think after a second email at week 5 (as I was about to move address so was getting desperate) the shirt came two days later. Maybe they do read chasing up emails so that might be worth doing to get them moving. But now I have purchased would absolutely recommend.

Good news 1st. I have received my order. Its great quality and after 3 months wait they were kind enough to send me a mystery shirt from the same team which was great.

When I placed my order there was no confirmation email or customer number. I contacted by email a week after the month delivery date to which there was no reply. When they did eventually reply they stated they were out of stock. 2 months later they finally chased it up and because of my wait they sent a 2nd mystery shirt from the same team which I am grateful for.

So although it was a poor start. They were nice to amend the situation and compensate me for it. I'd recommend but be prepared for a long wait and they won't always reply to emails you have to keep pushing.

Placed order no confirmation. Have emailed company to ask why still waiting for a reply or acknowledgement of order. Have now requested a refund due to no confirmation and money taken from my account again awaiting a reply.
I suggest looking to find items elsewhere where there is a customer service and guarantee of items.

Ordered a shirt over 3 months ago and finally decided just to ask for a refund today. Thankfully it’s been done. Don’t expect any updates or emails for delays, you need to keep chasing. Zero customer service. Hugely disappointing not to get what I ordered. If you want certainty and good customer service then stay away from Premierretros and find another supplier. Only positive is I’m not out of pocket😢

You may have to wait for about a month (which is stated on the website) until item is processed and dispatched. Outside of Scotland/Britain you will pay a custom charge on your item!

My original review was concerned that I had bought a pig in a poke. It turns out I was premature in my review. After several emails to the supplier, I did get a response and timely responses from then on. I received the tracking number from Royal Mail. My order was to be delivered in Canada. The shirt finally arrived a month after ordering so not really out of line. It got delayed in Canadian customs probably. I have apologised to the supplier. My hope is every international customer waits the month before getting concerned. The shirt looks well made and is a good replica.
I am a bona fide customer.

Order was lost in transit by RM due to me entering incorrect address. Once received back my PR they contacted me and sent to correct AUS address covering a percentage of the cost!

I've ordered 5 maybe 6 times. Never had a drama. Quality always decent

AVOID! Ordered and payed for a shirt, got a serious order confirmation email and then a few weeks later an order completed email stating it would take 2 business days (a few more outside uk) to deliver it. It’s now been a month - no shirt and no response to any email I send them.
Complete robbery.
