Treble glazed roof lantern, unit misted up
Purchased some treble glazed roof lanterns in 2019, very helpful and full of advice at the time, good price, very good communication. One of the sealed units had misted up recently, it happens, got in contact and very helpful, without a quibble new unit being delivered next week. Very helpful staff, excellent service.

As a long-term customer we would like to make a point of giving Premier a system is a five star review. For anybody down with multiple suppliers both online and in person in current economic climate they can often be faced with the rare challenge. We have found Premier roof systems in good times and bad to operate a personal honest proactive basis this is reflected throughout their team. I bought a roof lantern from Premier Roof.
Ordered in June got delivered early July. Premier Roof gave to me the best price on the market for the like for like product, the shortest lead time and highly professional and friendly advice on the phone. Everything was smooth and relaxed, and I was lucky to find them in the market jungle for roof lanterns. Also when it came to customer support (because some parts got damaged during the installation) the spares were ordered and sent promptly with a reasonable price. Very special Thank you to Karen.

John we are extremely sorry about the wait for the Spider bracket covers. As our team have already emailed you to say, they will be with you by tomorrow. Unfortunatley we were let down by Eurocell, when they didn't deliver our stock order last Tuesday, which meant we could not deliver to you as promised last Wednesday. We understand that you are needing these parts to complete your installation, however with the shortage of everything within the construction industry which everyone is experiencing, our hands are tied and we can only rely on our suppliers to look after us and deliver our orders as soon as they possibly can. At Premier Roof Systems we will always do out utmost best to provide excellent customer service from the ordering of our products to the delivering. Did we let you down in any other way, apart from this stock issue, for you to give us a 2 star review John? From start to finish the communication and guidance from Karen was superb. Karen provided several quotes, ensured the bespoke colours and sizing were correct and accurate, provided instructions and advice for install and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
The lantern and glass was delivered separately on the date Karen had provided and was packaged brilliantly to reduce damage risk. All elements of the lantern and glass were accounted for, in the correct colour and size. The install was easy and straightforward and everything just slotted into place without any issues.
I had received a reduced quote from another company but Karen’s professionalism, advice and guidance sold it to me straight away and is worth every extra penny we spent. She is an absolute asset to the company.

Great customer service. When a glass panel showed up scratched it was replaced and delivered a few days later. Kept informed throughout the ordering and delivery process. Would definitely recommend!

I'm sorry that the glass did take a little longer than normal, as they became very busy and hence their lead time changed over night. However your Korniche Lantern was ordered with us online 15th April, then double checked and signed off 16th April to be delivered to you 23rd April ( 5 working days, was a good turnaround.) Unfortunatley we do not have any control on the lead time of our suppliers. I hope that this hasnt affected your experience with Premier Roof Systems too much. I am pleased that you like our procuct and it looks good. Karen

Had a couple of lanterns from these guys and they are simple to assemble snd instal. Delivery is in two three parts as glass comes separately.

I haven't fitted the roof system yet…
I haven't fitted the roof system yet but The metal work arrived wrapped up very securely and the glass arrived a couple of days later as per the arrangements.
All seems fine so far. The orrering process is easy and there is lots of advice both on line and in person on the phone. I'm very pleased with the service I recieved and would recomend this company.
I would give a 5☆ review but I have not fitted the system yet.
