I had an 'after-build' cleaning on my flat. The two ladies showed up showed up perfectly on time first thing on a Monday morning with smiles on their faces. I left them to do what they needed to do and when they called me later to tell me they finished, they even told me they thought the shower wasn't draining the way it should. They were nice and thorough!

Excellent from start to finish.
Easy to book. The cleaning guy Nick was friendly and helpful from the start.
Produced a nice result on a carpet the previous owners had never cleaned in years.

I used Premium Clean for their end of tenancy cleaning services, and cleaning two sofas that came with our furnished flat. They were amazing, the flat looked even better than when I first moved in, it was cleaned to such a high standard and so thoroughly, and everyone was extremely friendly with great customer service. They were also very reasonably priced, and were actually one of the cheapest cleaners I found in my area of London. Because of this I was nervous, but I shouldn't have been. From booking to paying it was smooth, effortless and the quality of their service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Tatjana did a brilliant job even though the amount of work was underestimated and she had to stay longer. We are grateful for her doing the job and being so helpful.

Truly fantastic service. Nick was here on time, very helpful in moving some things around the room and generally very respectful of the space and people in the house. The cleaning job was also done to a very high standard and the price is very good for the service. Will be using again if I need to. Don’t hesitate to book with them!

Scheduled an end of tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning about a month in advance which was confirmed immediately. Team arrived on time and did an absolutely excellent job. I highly suggest using this service.

In 2 days arranged a carpet repair done in an amazing way, very cheap and the carpet was seagrass: most people were saying was not possible to repair but they did it !

After an accident with some bleach, I thought the only option was to buy a new carpet. On the off chance, I contacted Premium Clean who gave me a quick and very reasonable quote to dye the carpet back to its original colour. They scheduled a convenient time that week to come and complete the work and I was taken aback with the result. It honestly looks as good as new and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of service - fast, expert and reliable. Would highly recommend for anything similar.
