I decided to call Premium Clean for our end of tenancy cleaning. The team came on time: 3 energetic girls, who did a fantastic job, with absolutely no supervision (I had no time to pop by, while busy with the move). The flat was sparkling clean in less than 3 hours, with outstanding results on limescale. Communication was good. I would definitely recommend

I needed to get an end of let clean done remotely as I wasn’t able to visit the flat. All my questions were answered promptly, the cleaners arrived exactly on time, and when I was able to get to the flat to check it they had done an excellent job. I would recommend them.

End of tenancy cleaning booking process was easy - Kiril wrote back in 1 day after online form has been sent, a few hours after the payment our day/time were confirmed.
Cleaners were ok, follow-up visit was required (understandable, 3-bed house), no questions asked and no resistance from management at all - they really guarantee their service.
I would be confident to book them again.

Nick came on time and did a fantastic job, all the stains came out completely.
They using very big and professional machines, everything looks on a higher standard.

In a short time I have used Premium Clean twice for end of tenancy service. The first time was for the place I was moving into. I was happy with the service that I booked them a second time for the place I recently moved out from. The service was excellent from the start. Received a timely quote via email, able to book a time slot easily, on time arrivals and results of both places were superb. Thank you!

I booked Premium Clean for an end of tenancy cleaning and was very impressed with their service. Booking process was easy as Kiril and Dan outlined what to expect. Cleaners showed up right on time and left everything spotless. Needless to say I got my deposit back in full!

I used Premium Clean for an end of tenancy cleaning for a flat in London. The company were easy to communicate with and Dan was very helpful over the phone. I wasn't present to meet the cleaning team, but when I went to check the flat it was absolutely spotless - they clearly did a very thorough job. I would use them again and would highly recommend. I thought the price was also very reasonable.

I used premium clean for the third time recently to steam clean by carpet, mattress and sofa. I have always found this a very good service, punctual, efficient and a high standard of work. Very reasonable rates, options to pay in cash or card. I’ll have no hesitation in calling them next time!

Premium Clean managed to fix some bleach marks in a carpet by carefully re-dyeing the area to match the original colour. Great service!
