Quick response very helpful I got what I want and delivered same day

Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers! The arrangement was exactly as pictured and delivered right on time. You really can’t go wrong with them—highly recommended!

I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday the very day and she received a very nice bouquet. Impressive!

⭐ 1 estrella – ¡Cobran el doble por flores de pésima calidad!

Hicimos un pedido con Premium Florist y la experiencia fue completamente decepcionante. Las flores llegaron en muy mal estado, marchitas y sin ninguna presentación adecuada. Nos cobraron el doble de lo que cuesta un arreglo similar en cualquier floristería local.

Lo más frustrante es que esta empresa no es una floristería, sino un intermediario que subcontrata a otras florerías (de pésima calidad), pero no lo aclaran al momento de comprar. Básicamente, pagas un sobreprecio por un servicio deficiente.

Pedimos la devolución del dinero y se negaron rotundamente. Su única solución fue ofrecernos otro envío de flores de la misma mala calidad y de la misma floristería. Inaceptable.

No los recomiendo en absoluto. Es un servicio engañoso, caro y de muy baja calidad.

⭐ 1 star – They charge double for terrible quality flowers!

We placed an order with Premium Florist and the experience was completely disappointing. The flowers arrived in very poor condition, wilted, and with no proper presentation. We were charged twice as much as what a similar bouquet would cost at any local flower shop.

The most frustrating part is that this company is not actually a florist, but rather a middleman who subcontracts local florists (of very poor quality), and they don’t make that clear when you place your order. You're basically paying a high markup for a terrible service.

We requested a refund, but they flatly refused. Their only offer was to send us another bouquet from the same low-quality florist, which is unacceptable.

I do not recommend this company at all. It's a misleading, overpriced, and low-quality service.

But Their Are No Flower Shops In Abasolo , Guanajuato Mexico , Their Are Many On Internet But Are All Out Of Business On Google Maps You Can See Store Fronts With Rent Signs , I Had A Competitor DaFlores From Columbia Deliver Some Flowers On Valentines Day ! Eight-8 Days Later & No Sorry Or Discount , No More . . .

I made the purchase, and in less than two hours, the bouquet had already arrived at its destination! The florist exceeded my expectations in every way. I have ordered 3 times from La Floreria de Mexico… each time the flowers & presentation has been very impressive. Hence, why I always order from them. I use this website as my girlfriend is Mexican & I order flowers to her family from time to time for different events. Their website is very efficient & trustworthy.

The flowers arrived two (2) days later. After the due day delay, Premium Florist promised to deliver next day and extend an apology. The flowers were not delivered on the next day neither. Finally they were delivered on the following day, after many follow up calls that I had to make. They did not apologized to the recipient. The whole service was a total disappointment.

They delivered birthday flowers in Rosarito. Not only did they arrive in time they kept me up to date through the whole process and surprised my recipient with an extra sunflower! Will definitely use them again!

Used them twice within a week to deliver to Guadalajara. Both bouquets of flowers were gorgeous and as far as I can tell, delivered in the window of time they promised to deliver. I got delivery confirmation on WhatsApp once delivery was complete.
