Shocking experience dealing with your company. So bad that I had to go direct to the manufacturer. Ordered taps in March, was promised them in May, received in June!!!! No one was interested at all. Never again.

Appalling customer service (or lack of)
I am appalled by the customer service. After a two-month lead time, I received the items scratched, with the paint unevenly applied. I would not expect this at the price tag of £500 for a soap dispenser and mini faucet. I immediately contacted the customer service, and after 4 days I've had no reply whatsoever. If this will be resolved I will update my review. Otherwise, I would recommend anyone else to shop somewhere else instead, as Just Perrin and other brands sell via other websites too.

I've lost my money - no confirmation email and no communication. Both companies are run by the same operator. Phone number is just a messenger service. they will never refund you and the goods will never arrive. you'll need to claim on your credit card like I did.

very keen prices and easy ordering process, I placed my order at 2pm and correct goods arrived by courier at 11am next morning. Can't get better than that really. I assume this also applies to their sister site cutpricekitchens
