Beautiful meal prep and excellent value for money. Good portion sizes and very fresh. Customer service is excellent and any queries responded to pretty much straight away. I really couldn’t fault anything at all and by far the best meal prep service I have used.

Myself and my partner have just finished our first week and I have lost 6lb and my partner has lost 4.5lb.
The meals have been absolutely delicious and portion sizes are perfect. We also ordered sweet treats and cheesecakes and they are amazing, you don’t feel like you are missing out on anything and we have never felt hungry at all. We are looking forward to our next weeks meals and our weight loss journey with nutrition kingz. We have had a few questions and they have always been answered straight away, staff are very friendly. Deliveries have been on time and driver is very friendly to.

I have struggled with my weight for years, I have mobility issues so cannot exercise but have lost 30lbs in 4 months and the only change I have made is using the PrepKingz loss plan. My partner has lost 43lbs and my 18yr old daughter has lost 17lbs, we're all fussy eaters and have all found meals we love. The quality is outstanding, the order/delivery process couldn't be simpler and we save money on our weekly shops as there is no waste. I wish we'd have tried this years ago.

Never been a fan of meal preps BUT these are best there is got 14 to give then a go 4 days ago now av paid for the full month and will continue to 👍🏼👍🏼

Great choices of meals, delivery to my door as stated. I’m really impressed with the quality of the food. It’s genuinely lovely.
To come into food that I just need to heat has made my life so much easier. All the details of the meal macro content are on a label on each meal. You couldn’t ask for more.

Won a competition from Prep-Kingz, plenty of choice for meals and was delivered on time. Good portion size and food is super tasty.
Over night oats and chocolate brownies are a firm favourite.

Ordered 5 meals and a portion of pancakes as a test. Had 2 meals and the pancakes so far and they are so good. Really filling and tasty. They are all calorie counted and show the macros on the tubs so you can keep track. I've already placed another order!

Honestly, the food was horrible. Cheap meat. You can see the chicken is cheap when you cut into it. Just overall not nice/tasty. I had 2 meals, went to try another so I didn’t waste my money, had one bite and binned it, along with the rest of the meals. I did eat the breakfasts, they were ok, not great.
