Wonderful meals so filling which means no snacking in between which has given me half a stone weight loss in half a month . Nothing is too much trouble for prep Kingz lovely company.

Meals are lovely and full of flavour, with lots of choice. My only comment would be to give more specific delivery times.

The delivery is always on n the day it says it will be, food is nice, easy payment methods.

Only bad criticism I would give is that the veg is very very hard, almost like raw.
If I get broccoli or green beans with my meal preps 8/10 I can’t eat them because they’re so hard almost raw. Other than that it’s a great service and excellent to aid in weight gain and loss

Class, food has never disappointed top draw

First time I have used a meal prep company and I was not disappointed! My worry was portion size, too small and I would snack, these meals are very filling and taste amazing!

Portion sizes are great and the food all tastes so good. Ordering is easy and there are tonnes of combinations to choose from. I just wish that there was a more specific delivery time or window given to ensure you are in to take delivery but they are always good about leaving somewhere safe.

Meals are so quick and easy to make, the portion sizes and quality are good too. Really reasonable price and great menu choices, would definitely recommend!
